Very late delivery. Food only just warm Not good enough

Was advised 40mins delivery 1hr 10mins later, was just about 2 phone to see where my delivery was and the delivery chapped the door

Normally always receive food well on time (if not earlier than planned) but had to chase food tonight

Ordered meal was terrible phoned them up for a replacement and got 1 thing that we ordered replaced instead of 2 and that was just as bad as the first one so binned and money wasted

The food was cold when it arrived, the chicken noodle soup had no liquid left in it as it was all over the rest of the order and my worktop when I opened the bag.delivery was supposed to be 40 minutes however it was in fact 1hour and 20 minutes 😡

Curry sauce has a terrible taste from it.

Delivery took over one and a half hours when said it would be 50mins & had to phone to ask where it was. Ordered main meal of crispy lemon chicken in honey chilli sauce with boiled rice & the chicken was dry chicken in a box & the honey chilli sauce was on the side in a very small dipping tub so definitely not crispy lemon chicken or chicken in honey chilli sauce. Disappointed doesnt even come close.

It was cold by the time it came and was pretty tasteless.

Changed the salt and pepper chicken to chicken with batter and a little veg. Was not good at all

Waited over 2hrs for delivery from.point of ordering, was advised 50mins

Forgot to deliver the juice I ordered

Delivery took 2 hours and when food came it was cold. I called restaurant and tgey had no time to deal with my issues just told me that I was in whitburn and it wasn't even on its way yet

You place an order and in the notes box you put no peppers in main and no sauce on ribs. Get my order and head off. I get to my destination which wasnt home to find PEPPERS IN THE MAIN how hard is it. A meal in the bin as I cant eat peppers. Your getting worse instead of better.

Chow meins were dry Hardly Chicken was dry tough to eat. Prawns 2/3. Hardly any very dry mr he was rude on phone. The items that were replaced because he forgot. Werent dim sums.

We usually use Mr He as its the only reasonable Chinese in west calder however we wont return after last night. They forgot our drink which wasnt a problem as driver returned later on with it but the food was awful. Have the chefs changed? Curry sauce was water and flavourless, chicken Szechuan was water and tasteless. The chicken was like frozen chicken cubes which were an awful texture. The texture was what I can only imagine like biting into raw chicken. The thin card boxes need to go as they fall to bits and food goes everywhere. I hope you take these comments on board and improve as last nights takeaway was disgusting.

Why cant you get an order right. I know its only juice but when I order diet coke I get diet Irn bru. Tou have my number give me a call dont just assume I can drink irn bru. The last time I placed an order I ordered a 2ltr bottle of diet coke and got a 1.5 litre bottle instead. Im sure this is is false advertising. If you have 1.5 litre bottles then the scoffable website needs to be updated.
