2nd time using this take away. Different dishes. Still very good.

Food was cold and crap. Had many orders from mrs chans that have been great. This order was crap unfortunately after spending £25+ on it

Delicious and delivered efficiently and still hot.

Food was good but delivery was terrible 2hrs

It was quick but the food was tasteless.

Really lovely meal recieved. I will def order from you again 1 hr 40 mins for ASAP delivery rather a long time though but i will know to order in plenty of time in the future, thanks again. Food arrived lovely and warm and delivery driver was very pleasant.

First delivery from here but definately wont be the last. Food was excellent and delivered within the time given.

Not happy.. Hvnt used takeaway for long time, so decided to give it a go..Beef curry came very thick sauce and chewy beef, tried to call few times no answer so went through scoffable..They got in touch with Mrs Chans and they said they had had no issues with meals so wldnt refund me😡.. Obviously they wld say this! SO money wasted on a meal and fried rice..

Waited over 2 hours for food, would have been longer if I never called to question where it was. Advised issue with scoffable sending order. Scoffable advised store lost order. Not great service.

Ordered the Salt and Chilli Mozzarella Sticks and they came burn to a crisp good job I dont have false teeth or they would be broken as they were brick hard

Excellent food

Food was good, there was however too much. Most went to waste. Maybe offer food in sizes with different costings. Small/ Medium/ or Large. This would help reduce food waste and also help with stock ordering quantity.

The food was good. Unfortunately, once ordered we found out it was 11/2hours wait time. After phoning to find out where it was after 1hr 40+ minutes I was told 15-20 minutes and it was actually another 40+ minutes. Although the food was good we were past being hungry after such a long wait 😩😩
