Chicken curry was watery with no flavour. The salt and pepper chips were undercooked with no flavour. Spring rolls undercooked and not crispy. I ordered mid-late in the evening so when it arrived I was already hungry and could not be bothered phoning to complain by the time I plated it - all was put straight into the bin.Extremely disappointed, for the avoidance of doubt; I definitely will not order from here again 🤢.

Chips where horrible, like dry reheated chips , couldnt even eat them

we had friends over last night and so we ordered 7 meals from Mrs Chans. 5 in my household including me have ALL been up all night with sickness. Yet to find out of the neighbours were effected too, i imagine they were.£80 and we all feel very very unwell now. This has put my kids of chinese for the forseable and i cant say im surprised. we have all had a very rough night.

Coldnearly an hour late

Order arrived over 50 minutes late. Asked for no onions and it came drowned in then.

Sauce was burnt ruined the meal foods normally good aswell

I asked for a spicy curry with no onions, when it got delivered it had onions in it and not spicy..... thats twice its happened now

Mrs Chans consistently provides quality food and is akways prompt and makes very few mistakes. Iften well cooked,generous portion size and very tasty. However,last night,my chines styke roast chicken was very poor; gravy had congealed,lots of water at bottom of container and chicjen was poorly cooked and seemed not of similar quality of product as before.The salt abd chiki chips were undercooked and some actually had half cooked potato inside.

We ordered two portions of salt and chilli chips that we didnt receive so were over charged by more than £10

Ordered just under £40 of food delivery was in time slot but missing prawn crackers ordered 1 extra portion of prawn crackers along with free ones but only received 1 portion

Food was good. However wrong sauce was in rice & chips so my son couldnt eat them. Ive taken a photo as proof if thats required

never ever have any issues with ordering from here normally my go 2 for a chinese but unfortunately ended up really unwell after my last order

Salt and pepper hash browns were decent but the bottom ones were swimming in grease. Curry sauce was bland, bbq sauce tasted like salty water and was a weird light pink colour??. Will stick to my usual chinese next time

Took 3 hours for a delivery

Food was okay but a 3 hour wait is crazy

Mrs Chan clearly over commits. We have returned our order after a 3 hour wait (1.5 hours later than committed time). Tried calling and unable to get through. Will not be using this restaurant again !
