Food was good. However wrong sauce was in rice & chips so my son couldnt eat them. Ive taken a photo as proof if thats required

never ever have any issues with ordering from here normally my go 2 for a chinese but unfortunately ended up really unwell after my last order

Salt and pepper hash browns were decent but the bottom ones were swimming in grease. Curry sauce was bland, bbq sauce tasted like salty water and was a weird light pink colour??. Will stick to my usual chinese next time

Took 3 hours for a delivery

Food was okay but a 3 hour wait is crazy

Mrs Chan clearly over commits. We have returned our order after a 3 hour wait (1.5 hours later than committed time). Tried calling and unable to get through. Will not be using this restaurant again !

Waited over 3 hours for delivery. Food was okay when it arrived but by the time had waited really didnt want it. Could have collected if they had been honest with delivery time.

Ordered food at 17:30 and never arrived until 20:30, and when it eventually arrived a chicken chow mein was missing tried to phone to get it resolved but it wouldnt even ring

The food is normally good but this 1 was awful, i asked for chips and they sent rice also the curry was dry with the tiniest amount of sauce

Chow mein was bland and soggy went in the bucket

Ordered salt and pepper chicken and got salt and chilli sent to me think al no be back as not first time theres been an issue or get a stupid delivery time

Chicken was chewy & wasnt very hot

Been up all night being sick

Waited 1.5hr for order to arrive then when it did it was wrong. I called up and informed them my order was wrong. They said they would send the correct one. Driver dropped off the "correct" meal only to open it and its the same wrong meal as before. I again called and the receptionist was nice but adament that i had the right order. I said i know what hong kong sweet and sour chicken looks like and this isn't it. She seemed to not believe me. Anyway, driver dropped off meal on the 3rd attempt, by which time i was not hungry and it was now 2hrs later from first order. Will not use again.
