Tonight was the first time I've ordered from here and it'll be the last! My Special Chow Mein was anything but special and consisted of two hard piece of beef which i couldn't eat and looked disgusting thankfully i received free prawns crackers so at least there was something edible within my order. My son wasn't impressed with his salt and chilli chicken either. A complete waste of money. The only good point was the delivery was quick. 0 out of 10.

Been ordering from Mrs Chan's for few years, never really had issue. But today we got wrong order. It meant to be garlic and honey chicken, we got spicy one instead ☹ My daughter and i was very disappointed as we don't like spicy food 😒 I always check order before leaving, but until you taste it, you can't tell difference.

Deliveryvtook 3 hours to arrive

Delivery took nearly 3 hours from ordering. Good food when it arrived eventually

AVOID this takeaway at all costs!!!!! They gave us a reheated pork dish that was rubbery and gloopy Asked for chowmain noodles and were given plain noodles with onions 😂 chips were undercooked too. We waited 1 hour and 20 mins for the most disgusting meal. We then called to report and only asked for a replacement of the pork dish and were greeted with nothing short of an embarrassing women claiming it was all okay due to her trying it before it went out 😂 she said wed be paying delivery again which we of course refused so she thanked us and hung up??? Honestly, no idea why it had a good rating and Scoffable should be pretty embarrassed having this under their name. Fair enough, some things can happen and not every meal will be as good as you expect but the fact is, we would have had food poisoning from the main and then the experience we had calling them.. I just cant get over how this place has customers!! Just AVOIDDD!! We have photo and video evidence of all our claims :)

Waited way too long for it, which i was willing to ignore bit when when it arrived, it was not nice. Chips tasted weird, and the curry sauce was disgusting. Also, nowhere near enough sauce i was not able to eat this.. some of the chips tasted like they weren't cooked properly.

This used to be our favourite Chinese until today, Ordered 2x Singaporean, both were horrible, texture were mushy with unpleasant sticky feel to it and mustiness. Might be days old or improperly stored

Usually love Mrs Chans but first ever order through Scoffable was shocking, part of a substantial order was missing which meant one of our party had no food until 30 minutes later by which time everyone else had eaten, all of this without so much as an apology, will go elsewhere in future

The beef curry and rice was tasteless the sauce for the spare ribs was not barbecue sauce it was so wattery and once again tasteless will not be buying again was a waste of money

Food was cold and crap. Had many orders from mrs chans that have been great. This order was crap unfortunately after spending £25+ on it

Not happy.. Hvnt used takeaway for long time, so decided to give it a go..Beef curry came very thick sauce and chewy beef, tried to call few times no answer so went through scoffable..They got in touch with Mrs Chans and they said they had had no issues with meals so wldnt refund me😡.. Obviously they wld say this! SO money wasted on a meal and fried rice..

Waited over 2 hours for food, would have been longer if I never called to question where it was. Advised issue with scoffable sending order. Scoffable advised store lost order. Not great service.

Ordered the Salt and Chilli Mozzarella Sticks and they came burn to a crisp good job I dont have false teeth or they would be broken as they were brick hard

Not fresh not at all like a curry the worst I've had

Food was good but it was over an hour late for delivery.

I was informed that the waiting time for food is 1h50. However, my food arrived after 2h50. Everything was cold.

The food was completely bland and tasteless and the chow mein is literally just some dry noodles, meat and veg thrown together with no sauce or flavouring whatsoever.

Delivery was 15 minutes late after proposed time. Food was awful and stodgy. Wouldn't recommend.

Never had a bad meal untill last night the chips were uncooked full of grease and like mush a felt sick after it and ended up with a sore tummy after a few bits of the beef curry wont be back again
