Slow delivery and poor quality,

The food was good but took forever to arrive. I ordered the meal at 17.50 and was told it would arrive at 18.40 when it didnt arrive I called the take away they said they didnt receive the order as they changed their paper on machine but within a few minutes they suddenly found the order. they said it would be with me in 25 mins after another 50 minutes I called once again to be told it was 5 minutes away which it eventually came at 20.10 very angry about the wait especially as my 10 yr old was looking forward to her meal as its her birthday.

Wont be back. Had too many chances with no sign of improvement. Cold greasy food is completely unacceptable

Order given to other customer, couldnt amend as by time got to us shop had closed.

The shredded chicken was inedible you couldn't chew it the sauce was alright but chips where yesterday's reheated

Ive ordered from Mrs. Chan several times without a hitch. However, my last order was not a great experience. I placed the order online and, to their credit, it arrived 30 mins earlier than expected. On unpacking the contents of the delivery bag, I found a main meal missing. I called the takeaway who apologised and advised the missing item would be delivered asap. By the time it arrived, my family had finished their meals and my share of the side dishes had cooled down considerably, as anticipated and explained to the staff member. I then lost my appetite and could only eat half of it. Work commitments prevent our family to dine together and only manage it once every 5 weeks. This simple error spoilt the evening for us.

Ordered chicken satay usually tastes amazing, but far too spicy ruined the taste. Had to throw in the bin.

good food but again over an hour and half late utterly useless with deliverys will absolutely be the last i use this place

Satay sauce was dreadful, watery and tasted like it was burnt

Food took 2hrs to arrive and no apology. Whilst everything was hot, it was extremely bland and the shrimp in the fried rice tasted off.

Usually food is good unfortunately this time food was tasteless

Never ever again will I eat here! HV tried couple of times and always had wee issue, thought wld try again OMG got delivered had to tk barbeque sauce bk it was like water, even girl at counter commented no apologise from cooks. I exchanged for curry sauce came home OMG was binned cld HV painted walls with it! Contacted Scoff able all they did was contact them!

Good arrived slightly beyond time quoted, the chips were under cooked and the whole meal was at best lukewarm, my first time ordering from here so disappointed given the star rating by others

Was horrible, unfortunately the chicken I had was bland and almost rubber in texture. The spare ribs were supposed to be served in bbq sauce which was a watered down version of bbq sauce. I was hoping it would be good but not unfortunately.

Waited over 2hrs and when it came everything was cold

Disappointed tonight to receive cold food as part of our order. Whilst the beef dishes were piping hot, the chow Mein, rice portions and other appetisers were cold. It was as if the chow Mein in particular had been cooked ahead of time and not reheated. I cannot fault delivery time as it was early as always and the delivery team are always pleasant. Just the food massively let you down tonight

Order was delivered within the time.. I ordered the Kung Po, but cldnt eat it was a strong metallic taste, was horrible..Called and girl was lovely...She said they wld replace so I ordered the beef pineapple..Well this came very bland, watery and more pineapple than beef, had to throw away..Was very disappointed!!
