Arrived piping hot , food was delicious

Disappointed tonight to receive cold food as part of our order. Whilst the beef dishes were piping hot, the chow Mein, rice portions and other appetisers were cold. It was as if the chow Mein in particular had been cooked ahead of time and not reheated. I cannot fault delivery time as it was early as always and the delivery team are always pleasant. Just the food massively let you down tonight

The food was good. But they lost my order,and I called after 1 hour, and tgey said hadnt received from scoffable. Scoffable said tgey did have it. After another hour I asked scoffabke to just cancel order as too late. Tgey kindly did cancel and gave me refumd, but advised tgat Mrs Chans would not cancel order and it was eventually delivered 2.5 hours late!

Great quality, roasting hot on arrival and great value! Will be back

Our first time ordering tonight, brilliant service, order ready for collection on time and the food tasted amazing. Freshly cooked and not greasy at all. Our whole house loved it which is a miracle! (among 5 of us theres usually one that isnt quite happy). Definitely our new favouritewe will be back :)

Order was delivered within the time.. I ordered the Kung Po, but cldnt eat it was a strong metallic taste, was horrible..Called and girl was lovely...She said they wld replace so I ordered the beef pineapple..Well this came very bland, watery and more pineapple than beef, had to throw away..Was very disappointed!!

Woah! Yall managed to send me the correct order for once! So proud!!

Food was amazing, fresh and hot when delivered 10/10 for food and driver
