Delivery was over 1 hour late

Had to wait 40 minutes past the delivery time wasn't happy

Terrible experience. The order was incorrect, the food lacked flavor, and despite my request for a refund, it was denied. They insisted the order was correct and suggested I should have returned to the takeaway to prove otherwise. Unfortunately, by then, the food had already been discarded. Avoid this takeaway as they provide no compensation for their errors. £40 down.

Food was cold and sauce was too salty

The hot & sour soup was inedible and most of the other food was over cooked.

Digusting and tasteless tonight wont be back in a hurry.

Unusually the food was cold so I was disappointed as this is unusual. It was also late in arriving so perhaps a lengthy delivery route was the problem. Wont stop me using them again, but you only get a second chance once!

Wasnt impressed this time round. Ordered a beef curry, chow mein, kung po and chips which came to £38. Chips were freezing cold, beef was chewy and just not a nice texture. Chow mein was nice, kung po was watery. Had i been in a restraunt i wouldve sent most of it back. I understand with it being xmas eve, use wouldve been busy but its usually lovely. Was given a time of 1 hour and 30 mins but it was 2 hours and 30 mins by the time it arrived. Very disapointed.

Over 3 hours wait for delivery and food was cold

Ordered dinner at 17:39 and is now now 20:43 still no delivery worst take away ever utter crap

Always enjoy our food but wasnt the same tonight, chilli mushrooms had no flavour, usually a nice thick sauce but was like greasy water tonight and chilli chips very little flavour 😔

Munchy box was just dumped in the box sauce was burnt

It was terrible and it was very grases and the box was so grazes it was falling apart and it was late as well

Always order from here and usually very happy. Tonight I had a watery king prawn curry with 6 kind prawns. Very disappointing

Food was good but it took 2hrs to deliver... Far too long, 1hr longer than suggested delivery time. £4+ for 2 hour delivery. Shameful

Mostly tasteless

Ordered on your app, picked time slot,waited on time was told not ready yet ,sat for 35 mins asked if order was ready as bags sitting on shelf ,not ready ,waited some more and over heard staff say I was a ignorant customer because I asked for my order after waiting ,once confronted about this ,ahh were to busy and Im on the phone ,terrible rude under staffed and bad mouthing customers not acceptable

Food was delicious but took 2 hours 17 minutes for delivery. Disappointing.

Firstly the food was brilliant, no complaints about the food at all! Unfortunately the delivery time and service was awful. My order was confirmed at 5.31pm and was quoted a time of 1hr 40minute, of course this is an approximate time however it got to 7.40pm and I phoned asking about my order as Id given it quite a bit over the estimate. I was met with abruptness and I was on the line whilst it was discussed with the driver which sounded unbelievably unorganised. I was then told it would be with me soon as the person on the phone would deliver it themselves as they were really busy, whilst I totally respect this they shouldnt be accepting orders whilst theyre already too busy. When I questioned the time and asked if it could be delivered asap I was met with well would you like me to cancel it instead which is a ridiculous thing to ask when youve already waited that long. The alternative is that our order was forgotten or ignored, however Im hoping it was just the former and they were just busy. Our food eventually arrived at around 8.10pm, 2 hours and 40 minutes after the order was confirmed.. unfortunately we were celebrating our first day/night in our new home and had had a drink or Id have gone to collect it. Again once it arrived food was amazing just wish it hadnt taken as long to arrive.

Waited almost 3 hours for the Chinese Phoned two times for an update.
