Avoid the kung po. The chicken in it was poor. Really disappointed. It was in batter too, which was unusual, but some of the chicken was missing chicken and just had soggy batter. Its put me off for a while.

Satay sauce was more like a soup & was tasteless

It took 2hours 2 get delivered n it was crap

Very very watery Chips were cold

Took ages to deliver nearly two hours

Looked so forward to my meal this evening but what arrive was not what I expected, the gravy was do thick it was like I had ribs, if having Vickey and bean sprouts the gravy needed to be smoother

Food was cold and tastless not normal for Mrs chans its alot of money when it has to go in the bin shame

Delivery was terrible had to call twice and given two different excuses why it was late

Normally the food is great and cant fault it but this is the second time Ive bought chicken in batter and its been disgusting and inedible. The chicken was not like chicken at all, it was like big rectangles of extremely hard, grey stuff. It went in the bin.

Ordered chicken balls and chips with curry sauce. Been sickness and diarrhoea followed not long after.....

I ordered duck with plum sauce and chow mein noodles. I instead received duck with pineapple sauce. I am intolerant to pineapple so I could not eat it. The noodles were fine though. I couldn't send it back as I have tested positive for Covid. I won't be ordering again.

Food good but service not so good . Ordered food for collection a good 40+ minutes before collection time but still had to wait 25 minutes for food . There were customers who ordered whilst I was in the shop and got their food before myself.

Not its usual good quality very very salty tonight and pretty tasteless

Gutted how bad this was the night delivery took for absolute ever then wjen we finally sat down to eat bit in to chickien bites the chicken was black on the inside really horrible the hash browns had been sittings in there box for at least the whole time a was waiting on this delivery & the grease ive seen less in a chip pan place is normaly good for a cheap much but a spent over £30 on this crap last night for most to end up in the bin me personally wont be back if ot wasnt for the misses liking this place a wouldnt have touched in if Anyone lookkng for good Chinese food Jades Palce at whitburn crosd you cant go wrong with this place

The curry sauce was absolutely tasteless. No flavour at all and very watery. Salt and pepper chicken wasnt the nicest either. Wouldnt recommend sadly
