Uncooked chips, some where so hard in the middle and the other dishes where cold and very dry 😡

You pay top price for food and delivery and it turns up at your door cold whats the point

Duck dish and chips were lovely but chicken and rice was supposed to come with curry sauce. No idea what the disgusting black sauce it was covered in was- but it totally wasted my dinner! Waited over an hour then had to put it straight in the bin!

Disappointing

Food never arrived and my money was basically stolen from me.

Waited over 2hrs on a Tues night ordered at 18.25 food arrived 20.35 food was look warm too much sauce in the curry not enough chicken, had to bin the rice as it wasnt warm enough and I wasnt re heating it, the wok pan chilli spare ribs and the soft noodles wer the only nice things in the order Shame as I have used this Chinese a number of times and it has been good, however on this occasion I was ready to go to bed rather than have my tea 🙄

Lukewarm at best. Chips pretty much raw, onions raw, gravy far too thick and salty.

Three hours for delivery ok noodles nice but chips tasted like been reheated and hard not great experience

Food wasnt great, but bland and too much salt. First time trying this take away and not impressed.

Forgot the chilli chips came half an hour after phoning about them

long wait

First waited 2.5hrs for delivery. Hubbys was delicious. Bbq sauce was so yummy. Mines on the other hand was rank. I actually still feel sick hours after eating it. Thought was just me but hubby tasted and said the same. Batter was soggy and had a rotten taste. Tried to mask with bbq sauce as was so bad and even that didnt help. Hoping its just what i ordered.

It was not up to standard of before Noddles very dry 3 bits of meat no prawns Spring rolls had funny smell did not eat not sure if I will return sorry

Fuming.. went here last week for first time and was 10/10 zero complaints, was about to be the go to place from now on until today, literally ordered the exact same order as before, I got normal chicken balls instead of Salt and chilli, its the first thing on order so god knows how thats been missed, and then the salt and chilli chips which were perfect last week, crispy, plenty of flavour and then tonight they were all soggy and what looked like the bottom of the bag chips, honestly Im scunnered

Delivery was 40mins late with food being cold so sent it back

Way too long a wait on delivery! 2hrs plus is way too long after it tells you 40-50 mins on the app. After requesting a collection time it was still 20 mins after that. Shame cos most of what weve had is good but not sure its worth the wait

Hair in the rice

Food wasnt to our liking so wanted to send it back to get a refund. Was told to bring it down but couldnt so got half the refund. Food is still sitting un eaten

Food was great. Cant complain. But the delivery service is atrocious. 1hr 20 quoted on scoffable. Phoned after 1.5hrs to be told it wasnt even in the delivery vehicle. Very poor delivery service. Was quicker for me to go collect it

I ordered food at 16.50 and got ot at 19.28

1.5 hour for delivery which is fine as it came not too late after that but the food, yikes. Weve ordered from here a few times and each time its slowly got worse. Singapore chow mein had literally 1 prawn in it and about 3 tiny strips of chicken. And egg foo yung was scrambled egg with onions on the top? Never again. £25 in the bin.

Never had to phone a restaurant for an order. They said 1 and a half hours. It was 2 and a half hours. When you place an order at 7:40pm you wouldnt expect it to arrive at 10:10pm. Food wasn't an issue. But i wont be back. 2 and a half hours for food on a Thursday is terrible. Most likely only 1 driver on so not their fault either. I sadly won't be back for this reason.

Food was lovley but over 2 hours and a phonecall later for delivery ruined it for us. Too tired to enjoy it. I get ypur busy but we were quoted an hour and a half on placing the order and the time it arrived it was closer to 2 and a half 😞
