Food tasty and plentiful. Never had a bad meal from Mrs Chans, food always constantly great.

Way too long a wait on delivery! 2hrs plus is way too long after it tells you 40-50 mins on the app. After requesting a collection time it was still 20 mins after that. Shame cos most of what weve had is good but not sure its worth the wait

It was good although delivery was mega slow. Quoted 1hour. Nearly 2 hours later before it arrived. Girl very apologetic but when given a time thats when you expect it or close to it. Food never disappoints Thanks

Food wasnt to our liking so wanted to send it back to get a refund. Was told to bring it down but couldnt so got half the refund. Food is still sitting un eaten

Salt & Pepper mixed meat didnt have much meat included mostly noodles everything else was fine. Delivery was within estimated time.

I ate what I ordered but was disappointed in the chow main as other places Ive tried chicken chow mien have done it differently this was just chicken with noodles and only a couple of pieces of onions, when Ive had it in the past it came with a sauce and had water chestnuts, peppers and a lot more onion. I did eat it so it wasnt terrible but wouldnt get it again.

Our first time ordering from Mrs Chan's and the food is top notch. Will definitely order from there again.

The salt & pepper Munchie box was fab however rather than one large pot of sauce two or three smaller pots of different sauces would be much better

Food was great. Cant complain. But the delivery service is atrocious. 1hr 20 quoted on scoffable. Phoned after 1.5hrs to be told it wasnt even in the delivery vehicle. Very poor delivery service. Was quicker for me to go collect it

First time ordering from here we ordered the crispy pan cake rolls they were lovely crispy and full i had Wor Teep Chicken first time trying it absolutely tasty my hubby had king Prawn Pattaya and portion of chow mein onion and bean sprouts loved it food was nice and hot about twenty minutes late but well worth it will definitely order again 😁
