Food was great. Cant complain. But the delivery service is atrocious. 1hr 20 quoted on scoffable. Phoned after 1.5hrs to be told it wasnt even in the delivery vehicle. Very poor delivery service. Was quicker for me to go collect it

I ordered food at 16.50 and got ot at 19.28

Took almost 3 hours to be delivered

Waited over 2 hours for delivery.

1.5 hour for delivery which is fine as it came not too late after that but the food, yikes. Weve ordered from here a few times and each time its slowly got worse. Singapore chow mein had literally 1 prawn in it and about 3 tiny strips of chicken. And egg foo yung was scrambled egg with onions on the top? Never again. £25 in the bin.

Never had to phone a restaurant for an order. They said 1 and a half hours. It was 2 and a half hours. When you place an order at 7:40pm you wouldnt expect it to arrive at 10:10pm. Food wasn't an issue. But i wont be back. 2 and a half hours for food on a Thursday is terrible. Most likely only 1 driver on so not their fault either. I sadly won't be back for this reason.

Food was lovley but over 2 hours and a phonecall later for delivery ruined it for us. Too tired to enjoy it. I get ypur busy but we were quoted an hour and a half on placing the order and the time it arrived it was closer to 2 and a half 😞

Wasnt not what is asked for and didnt tasted good i have been feeling sick from having it wouldn't eat here again

BBQ spare ribs - lovelySweet and sour chicken in batter - tasteless and the batter thick and soggyBanana fritters - tasteless with thick soggy batter

Not great, had chicken curry/rice and chicken fried rice /bbq sauce .nothing terrible but just tasted wierd and curry had more veg .. red peppers/ bamboo shoots/ mushrooms/ onions in it than should be in a curry ,few bits of chicken. Bbq sauce ran through the other half the next morn, sorry but not for us.

First time trying this Chinese and was disappointed, the chicken chow mein and the chicken fried rice were tasteless and the chips were hard in the middle.

Far too expensive for what you get, no flavour - very bland

The chicken bites were chewy and not very crispy atall, I paid just over £20 including delivery and to be honest it wasnt worth it. Had from here a few times and quite enjoyed it but last night was a let down.

Food was really good, but portion size was terrible salt and chill chips 2 portions was lucky to feed one person

We have a Mrs Chans every week and to say everything has been good up until last night. Eta fir delivery was 1 hour. Nearly 2 hours before it came and it was cold. Ended up giving to the dogs. When I called to enquire about delivery the phone was put down on me. If youre too busy dont take it out on customers. Putting this one down to too busy. Disappointed us all I can say 😞

Too much salt on the food. Some of the bits are white because covered with salt. They need to start use less salt

Bit disappointed tonight. Delivery is back at £4. Driver was late going by eta. I got chicken curry and rice in same tub and ended up not eating as it was more rice than curry sauce so it was dry. The lid off the tub of black bean sauce was all cracked and fallen in on its self. Chips were cold. Definitely not the usual standard. Hoping its a one off as we like the food. 😞

Ordered from scoffable and delivery time said 1hour 10 mins... 2 hours later and after numerous times trying to contact the shop eventually get our order. Food was ok in fairness minus the order having veg in the dishes we asked not too.
