Im so sorry this happened to you. Please be assured that all our meat products come straight from our local butcher. That has never changed. You have ordered many times from us and we are so saddened to hear that the standard wasnt as it usually is. Im unsure why this has happened but I will investigate. Hi there. Sorry to hear you were ill. We take these allegations very seriously. I had a wee look back to see when you placed the order. I cooked that specific order myself. Our food is cooked to order to a very high standard. All fillings are prepared daily, using fresh ingredients. I fail to see how anything you have eaten could have caused you to be ill. There is absolutely nothing I could've done differently. Mrs k
