Was 40 minutes late. Chips where hard. And cold, as was rest of order.

Hi Lorraine, Im so sorry this was your experience. We were exceptionally busy on Monday. There was a post on our social media explaining this and apologising to customers. Again, I am very sorry for your experience.

Unfortunately the food was late and almost stone cold by the time it got to me.
