My food was delivered incorrect and allergy request was not followed on either meal. Plus the restaurant didnt answer 15 phone calls

The time it takes for delivery is ridiculous!

Ordered 2 sundaes and a milkshake delivery was not received until after shop had closed only 1 sundae was delivered and 2 milkshakes and no way of contacting to rectify. Our door number was written on top of all 3 items so shop was at fault and not a delivery mistake

Order took two hours After an hour I got a call saying the driver had delivered an item to another customer Offered a refund or a different item chose the different item.Waited another 40 minutes so phoned and asked what was happening. Was told another 20 minutes. Would have expected some money back or a free item for the inconvenience. Nothing was given.

Hi Stacey,Sorry to hear youve had a negative experience. We try our best to make sure orders are packed correctly however sometimes our drivers can make mistakes. We contacted you as soon as we realised a mistake had been made - and offered a refund but like you said you opted for the hot fudge brownie. We can only apologise for the delay in getting this to you as our driver had to come back and then head back out with your order. We are more than happy to resolve this offline if you felt our service was unsatisfactory. We pride ourselves on our service so we want to make sure you are left satisfied 😊
