Ordered box with sweet and sour sauce came with curry. Was to hot didnt eat it

I ordered 4 meals and the chicken was hard. Chips were over cooked and the bbq sauce tasted burnt. It was a waste of money. Won't order from here again.

Chips were lukewarm and I asked for no veg except for carrots but my shedded chicken satay was full of sliced onions. Very disappointed as I was looking for to eating my food without having to remove veg I do not like or enjoy eating.

Chicken was pink and packaging was poor, let down with quality considering the amount I payed.

Chips were cold, wet and rubbery by the time the order arrived and the chow mein had no flavour

Rice was only cool in temperature and chicken sauce was just a bit like lemon curd only slightly thinner. Not enjoyable, didn't finish it.

Twice Ave bought a munchie box and SCOFFABLE STATE do you want veg! Why advertise it if you dont bother to read special instructions! And give people what they want? And yes I have had munchie boxed in the past to know it does come with it! What happens if people have allergic reactions to stuff. Do you just not bother to read the special instruction bit! And spent nearly over £15 just wonder how much you do have to actually spend to get free prawn crackers. Baring in mind Ave had them free with munchie boxes before! When I came for the order at 6.41 and I requested 6.50 (I knew I was early) to have the attitude off well you did book it for 6.50 didnt know you werent allowed to be early! Gave this place the benefit off the doubt multiple times. I wont be back and I will be telling my friends and family not to use this place anymore either.

Got given salt n spicy chicken chunks instead of the salt n spicy chicken balls

Unfortunately not as nice this time round and sent wrong soup which contained seafood which made it un edible - fried rice also very burnt and weird taste pity as normally very good from here

I ordered the food at 5.50 delivery was to be 6.30 the food arrived at 7.03 presumably not piping hot so I refused delivery

Food was late, not exactly warm by arrival time.

Chicken didnt even taste like chicken it was like pieces of jelly, very disappointed & wont be ordering again

Half my chips had been fried more than once, were stale, hard and saturated in grease. Chow mein was bland, chicken had a strange texture even the cat turned her nose up to it, first and last order 🤢

Specifically asked for no veg as I'm allergic to onion and peppers so always do this. Had to spend half an hour scooping out half the onions in Livingston. Thought the noodles would be okay but exactly the same. Curry was bland and chicken was grissly. Won't be ordering from them again.

Got one of the things I ordered wrong, the meat was over done & just not that great!
