I ordered sweet and sour chicken but it doesn't taste like that never has done

Ordered the munchy box. Severely disappointed, no seasoning and the food was also soggy/cold. Have ordered from here previously and its been good but looks like this will be the last time unfortunately.

Never had a problem with here before but the coconut rice was burnt and so was the lemon chicken, there was hardly any sauce with the lemon chicken either

I was ordering from oriental village for a while, but last my order changed everything..last time order was very bad, I ordered 1x hot sours soup, 3x singapore noodles combo meat, no meat was at all, few bits and few bits of onion, in all 3 containers, very disappointed, not even close to combo meat, sad sad, very sad.

Waited 1.5hrs and the food wasnt good

Food tasted good but arrived cold.

Took 2 hours to arrive and it arrived lukewarmThe lemon Chicken with sweet and sour sauce was alright The rice isnt as good as another place i order from I'd recommend the peking inn over here

Tried it mega disappointed!!

Day after and have been sick all day long and not been able to keep anything down at all.

Food was freezing cold and half portion of what you usually get

I had ordered coconut banana fritters and you sent the ordinary ones

Ordered crispy duck with pancakes it gives you the option to purchase extra pancakes order didnt come with pancakes and it was cold :(

Sent a message asking for crispy chips for the food to arrive with the chips falling out a wet soggy bag that also made the chips soggy!!

Chicken balls overcooked, batter burnt chicken so tough

I dont know what they gave me but it wasnt Singapore chowmein was claggy and very oily . No vegetables just onion soggy noodles and 5 very fishy prawns . Will not use again

two hours late with delivery and food was cold

2 hours it took to come, I ordered 2 items. One of them in fact was actually wrong and the rice was quite cold and clumped together.

Cold

Pick up time was 20:10. Arrived 20:10 exactly.Food was cold. Not slighty warm. Just cold.

Driver used wrong gate for delivery when I mentioned it he came in thru wrong gate anyway and shoved the food at me .

Not my usual Chinese but most of them were shut tonight. Delivery was very quick but food was, unfortunately, sub-par. Sauces were watery and bland. Food tasted like it had been cooked a while ago and re-heated. I don't expect Michelin star finesse from a takeaway but this was poor. About the most mediocre Chinese food I can remember eating. Avoid.
