Took over one and a half hours to arrive. Each time I called to ask where order was, kept saying 5 mins away and would contact driver then call me back to confirm but never did. Then stopped taking my calls. Then been told car broke down food was stone cold and when I rang to ask for refund on hot food only they just kept repeating that car broke down and hung up on me.Absolutely disgusting customer service.Will never order from them again.Have also advised scoffable.

Quite possibly the worst takeaway we have ever had. Macaroni was pink and was extremely watery so went straight in the bin, chips were rubbery. Coronation toastie was disgusting. We ordered a burger meal that was dry with a stale bun. complete waste of £30 will never ever order again and wouldnt recommend it. God knows how the reviews are as good as they are its the only reason I ordered.
