Ordered at 12.22 and delivered after 2pm. Stated Scoffable machine wasn't working so may not be down to them

I placed my order at 12.09 which was confirmed at 12.18 with a 1 hour estimation for delivery. At 13.17 i phoned the cafe to enquire and was adviced it was on and they were waitingnon their delivery driver and shoudlnt be long. However it was 14.10 (2 hours afyer placing the order) before my order finally arrived and was cold. (Given they told me it was on at 13.17 i wasnt surprised by this and expected it to be cold). I dont rate the quality of wrap either. Cwrtainly wont ever be ordwring from Pams Cafe again or recommending them.

Menu says breakfast comes with toast but twice ordering there was no toast provided, I even had a note to say white bread with breakfast please and still no toast was delivered, I also ordered salt and chilli chips with chicken and curry sauce and what I received was chips and a little chicken curry with chopped in half chicken nuggets

No toast with the breakfast. Took over an hour and half to come. Pancakes said with Nutella and it wasnt (cheap alternative instead). Apart from this food was fresh but the above ruined the order.

Hi sorry your order took longer we were extremely busy, and Im sorry you didnt receive toast as for the pancakes we only use Nutella and we make loads everyday and never had an issue. I can only apologise that you didnt enjoy them.Thanks Pamela

Waited 3 hours for my food to come it was cold chips all soggy dont think al be back in a hurry went right down hill

Hi Im really sorry you were unhappy with your order, your order took under two hours as it was ordered at 12.44 and we were home by 2.30pm you were also given cakes and called to tell you it was going to be a bit longer due to how busy we were, the food was made fresh and brought straight to you so Im not sure how it got so cold in the 5 mins it took to drive from the shop so I do apologise, Thanks pamela

Food came 3 hours after I ordered and was stone cold, never got the doughnuts I ordered either.

Long wait time, food good

An hour and 50 mins from ordering to having food delivered and with 2 phone calls to see where it was. Initially said 50 mins for delivery which was fine as I presumed they were busy. Once the food did arrive it was of poor quality, just warm at most and was wet with moisture from being kept in plastic bags for however long to warm up. The gravy for the chips had small seed things in it not sure if it just want made up right so couldn't eat that. Disappointed as never hand a problem before but wouldn't order again

Came later than expected and was cold and quality of the food was pretty poor very tasteless would not order again.

Food was rotten and old. Customer service on the phone was so rude aswell. The cheek I got was not nice at all. How would you like a toastie with old food burnt to it ? Nah me either but thats what I got. Macaroni was old and cakes were stale they could of smashed a window Was told on the phone I would get a refund. And I didnt. Pam told Scoffable she wont be giving me a refund. Not only that the delivery driver forgot his money and instead of her coming to me she pulled up my mum about it AND LIED AND SAID SHE TRIED TO CONTACT ME. WILL NEVER BE BACK. dont deal well with rudeness and lies. Was amazing the first order but this time was a major put off and let down yuk

Hi this is Pamela Im unsure as to who you spoke to as I offered a refund and I never contacted anyone in regards to this especially not your mum, and I am unsure as how the cakes we sent you were stale as the FREE cakes we sent you are all fresh every morning, and the macaroni is made fresh every morning and we had numerous orders and no one complained so Im not sure whats going on, but I can assure you that under no circumstances was your mum approached and refund denied. If you had contacted us directly I was in the shop yesterday and could have rectified this for you.

Waited over 2hrs to get food, food arrived cold and stale, several times I have had to wait 90-120 minutes to get some lunch delivered. Wont be back

Hi Im sorry you had to wait for your delivery I will check why you waited so long as I wasnt aware anyones order was more than 15/20mins late and as for it being stale our stock and rolls are bought in fresh everyday so Im not sure what you mean by stale.Thank pamela

In this day and age it should not take over 2 and a half hours for a delivery. This shows a bad business proposition.

50 minutes late, no answer to calls and was burnt and cold when it arrived, it went straight in the bin.

Im sorry I dont know how this is possible as the order was made fresh and we close at 3pm all deliveries left the shop at 2.30. You ordered at 1.45? I have tried calling you with no response do you have pictures of the food as everything is checked before it is bagged? Thanks pamela

Ordered at 11.28am and received order at 1.20pm. I was told 1 hour for delivery and took them almost 2 hours. Only ordered nachos and a kids nugget meal. Chicken nugget and chips was over cooked.

Order took over 1.5 hours to arrive when placed just passed 11am, the wrap was flat and the chicken was dry and chewy. Also ordered an Apple juice carton and got an apple/raspberry water instead. The caramel shortcake was lovely though. Probably wont order from here again :(
