My chicken wings were dry and my rice tasted over cooked. I usually give 100% but this time it was bad. I dont know what happened.

Chips tasted reheated, chicken was pale and chewy and gravy was thick and extremely lumpy definitely wont be back.

Worst Chinese Ive ever eaten first order showed up 1hr and 50 minutes later cold they sent fresh food but evening being hot it was terrible noodles tasted like a bottle of soya sauce and mushy portion size of the salt and pepper chicken wouldnt feed a 5 year old

Half portion of cold soggy chips and a half portion of the 8 satay sticks that are advertised Disappointed as this was a good Chinese

Over an hour late. Noodles were sloppy and cold.

Soo bad the shereded chicken I found a bone in it got a photo of it cause never have I had that with a proper bone the taste was there is always but that chicken that was used was the worst I have had from there Favour this place over a lot till that pout off my hole meal

Maybe I was unlucky or something, but The Singapore noodles were very disappointing - tasted really weird compared to anywhere else Ive had them. Spring rolls were decent, but not enough to salvage the noodles.

Really disappointed tonight. Been ordering from Phoenix for a while and food has always been very good standard. After paying over £20 for my delivery the majority of it has ended up in the bin. It was tasteless and, after eating some of it, has made me feel unwell. I've never had any issues before but now will be rethinking where I order my Chinese takeaway from in future. This really isn't good enough.

Food burnt not good at all put whole thing in bucket
