Chips were cold soggy chicken balls also soggy curry and chow mein was ok

Food was over cooked, rice almost black and chips obviously re heated. Sweet & sour cantonese was hard, beef curry was tasteless

Took 2 hours to deliver....phone chased after 1hr 30min...told it was just leaving....phoned again at 2hrs...said they would check with driver and phone me back....they phoned back to say that it had been delivered...it hadn't....still on the phone they told me it was seconds away....I walked out of my house to check and found the driver trying to deliver to a nearby neighbour.Food quality was ok although the meal by this time was cool.Won't be using them again for a delivery.

This is genuinely the onlly Chinese we buy food from mothers so spicy we couldn't eat it
