It was not nice the chicken was like rubber

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for items missing from order and order cold. Then had to wait half hour for missing items. Generally disappointed. Don't think I'll order from there again.

Order from here all the time and have never been disappointed. However tonight was a completely different and AWFUL experience. The sweer and sour sauce was far. Too sweet and was more like syrup. My partner had ordered a mixed meat dish, and safe to say all he mamag2d to eat was the rice and sauce, as the meat was either full of gristle or fat, making it totally unedible. Have been extremely put off by this now, and unsure if we will continue to order from here. Maybe a bad chef or usual chef having a bad day, but really very and tonight.DISSAPPOINTING

Enjoyed the food quality however not impressed with the amount. Usually have a full size munchie box however less of an appetite so ordered the half size, this was more like quarter of the full size.... will stick to that in future as really not worth the money

Im very sad and disappointed about the food quality in the last 2 months I dont know if you changed chef or changed other things! You used to be my favourite takeaway but now I wont be back!

I have used red cap quite a few times but this time it was awful, the food was cold and the chicken was disgusting! I will not be going back and also informing my friends and family.

Placed an order and received an estimated time of 1 hour for delivery which we were prepared to wait with it being a Saturday night however after waiting an hour and a half I called and was told my order had not been started and would be another 30 mins. In total we waited just over 2 hours for this order which when arrived was overly salty and curry sauce which still had lumps of powder in it.Horrendous service will definitely not use again and will be advising everyone I know to stear clear.

Chips and chicken balls were over cooked

The spicy chips were soggy, prawn crackers even though they were free were stale

Food was soggy and chewy barely any chicken the munchie box was mostly all veg

I had ordered spare ribs and got chicken wings instead. Food was warm not hot, chips were really soggy
