I order frequently and usually good not sure what happened this time but my munchy box was burnt to a crisp. The only edible part was the chips.

Delivery was almost an hour late and food tepid at best. The delivery driver was rude and almost threw the food at me! Ive ordered many times before but probably wont in future.

It's shocking that you have to say that you are disabled, may take a minute to get the door after 30 deliveries! I have to get advice regarding special food and not my health issues, so sad regarding this issue!! I can't order again

Order was wrong phoned shop to tell them order was wrong , they send out the correct order which was still wrong phoned shop again and after 3 attempts food was correct however cold and soggy. Left us with the chicken balls from the second order and came back with the rest of the order after so they were soggy by the time rest of food came over all not enjoyable at all

Order was delivered to the wrong house , once phoned her to collect my order from 5 houses down 20 minutes after being delivered Food was cold and inedible

Ordered steak well done, came still pink in middle. Supposed to be free prawn crackers on orders over £18(according to menu), never received any.

The rice was hard undercooked. The chicken balls where greasy and they need to change their cooking oil as the chicken balls were black on one side because of their oil & the food was cold.

Delivery time good, rice very hard. Chicken nuggets over cooked or reheated. No free prawn crackers . Disappointed in meal

Ordered food for a certain time but calling the restaurant and scoffable team reaching out to them it arrived 45min early this time wasnt suitable to by the time we went to eat the food it was cold and unsuitable resulting in us not eating the food , called to complain was advised someone would call me back and I am still wanting 2hrs later . Messaged scoffable to request a refund the restaurant refused a refund as said we accepted delivery at the time even though they were 45min early ,my husband answered the door with the delivery and mentioned to the driver but he said he couldnt help . Absolutely shocking customer service .

I have been using Redcap for a long time.Always great food and good delivery drivers.Tonight it was a bit off.Food seemed lukewarm.Tough chicken in curry, that I didnt eat any.Curry bland.Very white rice that appeared not fried.Disappointed but will keep going to at least try again.

Chips were hard and cold, the batter on the chicken balls was soggy and rock hard at the ends. Not the usual standard from Red Cap.
