Very disappointed in our meal tonight , only luke warm, chips were cold and prawn crackers were soft and greasy ! Definitely not up to the usual standard

They gave us the wrong order.

Got spare ribs the sause was watered-down like soup

Food was terrible especially the salt and pepper chicken straight out a cheap food store bag !! Wish there was a place in the app I could put a note to never buy from there again

I have ordered from Red Cap on many occasions, this time however the chicken was dry and rubbery. Very disappointing and quite inedible.

Not great this time food was cold and things missing

Food was luke warm, we have used Red cap regularly and had good hot food , we get the same every time, however this time the chips were cold and soggy, The beef was chewy and tasteless, and all the food including the sweet and sour chicken (which was devoid of much chicken) was not very hot at all, definately well below what we have come to expect. Verdict dearer but worse.

Food was cold, had to be heated in microwave after about waiting 1hr 50mins for delivery. Very disappointing.

The shredded chicken tasted like it had been fried alongside some kid of fish/shellfish such was the fishy taste to the coating on it.

Worst meal from this take away. Have it a lot but tonight was disappointing

The rice was like heated up from night before asked for no sauce on chowmein but they still put it on it really horrible wasnt there usual standard

Was told 1 hour and 15 mins for delivery after 3 hours still no food, called takeaway and after 3 and a half hours we received food, by which time we had snacked and were no longer hungry!!

The food was good, the only bad reason is due to the wrong food item being delivered. We ordered Chicken and Mushroom soup and we got fish sticks and sweetcorn???

Chips were under-cooked and greasy...but still managed to be more edible than the beef curry, which got binned after a mouthful because the curry sauce was disgusting.

Took the hour to arrive and was freezing cold when it arrives. So wasnt the best dinner. Wont be ordering from here again

Ordered our usual meals Chicken green peppers black bean sauce and Beef green peppers black bean sauce on Friday 1st September there was very little peppers or vegetables in the meals, no chilli peppers and both the beef and the chicken were tasteless!! It would appear that when Red Cap are busy the standards of the meals being made and sent out to loyal customers fall very low indeed!!!!

I have ordered from red cap a load of times and been very happy. However ordered the chicken maryland and was very disappointed. Chicken was dry and tough. And it had no sauce as a maryland should. Not a good dish at all. But the others have been lovely.

The juice had leaked onto the box so my food was wet when it got delivered

The Sweet n Sour Chicken wasnt Chicken, it was fish/prawn which is NOT what we ordered. Everything else was ok.

Spring rolls were bland ,chicken in them inedible tough as old boots , prawns very salty but edible . Curry sauce good .Normally a good takeaway not sure what happened today

Curry sauce more salty than curry tonight and chips felt like theyd done the rounds before they reached me, not the best tonight.

Must be under new ownership since last time I had take out from this place. Food was bland in taste and over priced for what you were receiving. Used to love RedCap but prob wont be using it again now. Shame.

my food was cold , the box was soggy and had ripped so food had fell out in the bag amd i was missing the rice and 3 cans of cola
