Not good it was cold

I asked for no veg and they didnt read the note and added veg

Food was awful full of fatty pork ended up in bin

Food was cold , rice wasnt cooked properly still hard . The food was not good and we didnt manage to eat it , asked for refund and offered them to come and collect the food they refused to collect and refund saying it was all cooked fresh at time before delivery well it must have been in the car a while as very cold and like it said some not cooked properly. Will definitely not be back

Can of juice was missing

It was cold good food but let down waited full hour for delivery but thats ok I understand they must have been busy had to heat it up in microwave

sent order covered in wrong sauce, rice wasnt very nice, sauce was watery, ribs werent great. its a shame used to always look forward to a redcap but now its very hit or miss and recently its been more misses than anything else.

The curry was tasteless and the fried rice was like a half portion and the chips were like cardboard

Paid £3.50 for a 2l bottle of Irn Bru & was price marked as £1.79 absolute rip off

So greasy and not nice dont feel good now

The duck and pancakes were amazing cant fault that. But the curry sauce and rice were not nice. The chicken balls werent great either. Salt and pepper shredded chicken was okay

Very disappointed in our meal tonight , only luke warm, chips were cold and prawn crackers were soft and greasy ! Definitely not up to the usual standard

Got spare ribs the sause was watered-down like soup

Food was terrible especially the salt and pepper chicken straight out a cheap food store bag !! Wish there was a place in the app I could put a note to never buy from there again

I have ordered from Red Cap on many occasions, this time however the chicken was dry and rubbery. Very disappointing and quite inedible.

Not great this time food was cold and things missing

Food was luke warm, we have used Red cap regularly and had good hot food , we get the same every time, however this time the chips were cold and soggy, The beef was chewy and tasteless, and all the food including the sweet and sour chicken (which was devoid of much chicken) was not very hot at all, definately well below what we have come to expect. Verdict dearer but worse.
