Salt and pepper munchie box was too salty

Food was bland and chewy half cooked onions and peppers. Sorry wont be back.

Wrong items delivered

Took over an hour to get food. Said no veg in my meal, End up with pineapple pork with no pineapples!!- pineapples are NOT vegetables . Salt & chilli chicken with NO salt or chilli so basically Plain chicken! The chips also had a weird taste to them, like cooked in old oil that tastes like everything else being cooking in it. Won’t be ordering here agAin!!!

Food was fine but over an hour for delivery is not good

Disapppinted in chow mein just noodles and chicken chips soggy. Tried somewhere new but wont go back

Delivery driver was ignorant and called me a liar to my face which I didn’t appreciate

The food arrived soggy and entirely inedible. The box was saggy as if they food had been reheated in it. I ended up not eating it and binning the full meal. Will not order from here again.

If I had known that delivery would take between 60 & 90 minutes then I would not have ordered the food.

It was way too salty which made the Munchy box horrible. Will not be ordering it again, waste of money and time.

I have been up since 3am being sick now i have uncontrollable toilet issues.been using you for 3 years and food poisoning is a first and last. Ill never use my fav chinese again. I am really really unwell, thanks shredded chicken that thankfully i only ate half of. So dissapointed and thats me off work for the next couple of days ill. Cheers

Wrong order again

worst Chinese meal we've ever hard, tasteless, lukewarm food, reheated chips. I even thought of asking for a refund, will def not use again.

Not as good as usual. Food wasn't particularly hot. Better luck next time.

I adore RedCap and order food from them regularly however I added some special instructions to my order which they partially ignored. Disappointed but will order from them again and follow up with a phone call

First time order .Waited almost 90 minutes and when it finally arrived it was nothing to shout about . Myself, son and daughter ordered different things, yet they all tasted the same. Far too much onion and peppers. Won't order again .

Worst food i have ever had didn't enjoy it all meat on top of speical fried rice wss fatty the rice was bland the munchie box was tiny was not woth 13.50 its a joke curry sauce was bland

Took an hour and 30 mins for a small munchie box.

Prawn chow mein was bland and had no sauce even though I requested it.

The food wasn't that great to be honest. The chilli chips were really soggy and tasted as if they'd been re-heated after cooked. The onions were soggy too. It wasn't awful but it wasn't great either.

The so called char Sui pork with mushrooms was awful. The pork was tough and the mushrooms used were awful. Sauce awful as well ! Having had Cher Sui from other places yours did not match up at all !

I did not enjoy this at all. Very expensive for what we got. Would not reccomended
