Chips were cold . Veg was a mush . Said delivery would arrive in 50 min . I waited longer.

Waited 3hrs for delivery was lukewarm on arrival! Not much flavour to the veef and mushroom. Its a shame, as i use red kap a lot and the food is usually great. Very dissapointed!

I am still waiting for my order which is now an hour late. Phoned the shop and they said its not even near ready yet.

Food was frozen upon delivery

My delivery arrived at 8.45 pm instead of 8.10 I called the shop and the man was very rude I said I wasn’t sure if I would order again and he said don’t bother then and hung up the phone.

Salt and chilli chicken was stringy. Chicken + ham from the chow mein looked and tasted like plastic. Made us both feel sick. Had to get ankther takeaway. Waste of money.

Overpriced, curry sauce was runny and watery. Won’t be using Red Cap again.

Ordered Fried Chicken breast - got chicken curry instead - for my son who doesnt like curry - also omolette was very watery - Veg curry was loveky but one out of three is not acceptable - First and last visit

After ordering a chicken curry happy meal I ended up with food poisoning. I have spent the whole day in the bathroom. I hadn't had anything else to eat the whole day.
