Got spare ribs the sause was watered-down like soup

Food was terrible especially the salt and pepper chicken straight out a cheap food store bag !! Wish there was a place in the app I could put a note to never buy from there again

I have ordered from Red Cap on many occasions, this time however the chicken was dry and rubbery. Very disappointing and quite inedible.
