Since my usual Chinese takeaway changed hands (China Palace) I've been searching for a different one that makes curry sauce the way I like it, dark brown and spicy.After trying every other in the Livi area I finally found one that makes Curries/ Curry sauce the way they should be, dark brown & spicy and not that bland generic yellow sauce all the others use."Red Cap" is my new stop for my Chinese Curries, spicy, tasty & hot, just the way I like em... well pleased... 😊
