I wish you read explanation before make ready order .

The food when it arrived seemed fine, but I mainly ate some pork dumplings and crispy chicken and today I have been horribly sick from food poisoning. I dont know if it hasnt been stored correctly, reheated or just not cooked through or what but I doubt Ill be ordering again as Im now completely put off. Its a shame because we have enjoyed their food for quite a while but after this experience no way Im taking a chance again. It must have been bad because its been almost 24 hours since having it and still being sick, got chills and really bad fatigue. Put me off Chinese food altogether now to be honest. Sorry but wont be ordering again.

Food was good? But I ordered 2 1.5 bottles of cola and I got 2 cans of cola?

Ordered to be delivered at 6.30 arrived at 5!

Food arrived within a hour, first time order from here, and 3 of us been up all night ill...

Fried rice was sticky and bland, meat was far too tough, phoned with complaint and got nowhere, wont be ordering from here ever again!

Order was supposed to include prawn crackers which were not delivered.

The food was unbelievably salty and I found a hair in one of the chicken balls, wont be back!

Food was ridiculously bad. Everything we ordered was honestly just terrible. We've ordered from every local Chinese and generally don't have a bad word to say about any of them really. I used to order from redcap years ago but they started going downhill a bit. But thought I'd give them a try again... Wish I didn't bother. The place has got worse.

Was absolutely wrotton, waste of £35 if im honest wouldnt have fed it to my dog.

Order was 2 hrs late today. They're usually very good. Must've been a busy shift, but 2hrs!!

Food wasnt hot. Rice was more boiled than fried. And the chips were over cooked and dry. Curry sauce was bland. Worst Chinese Ive had in a long time.

It was ok but just not very tasty

Received the wrong order, by the time it was delivered the takeaway was closed so couldn't phone to sort it. not the first time i've had an issue with this takeaway so won't be ordering again

The food Was freezing when it arrived

Ordered salt and pepper chips, there was onions etc in the box but the chips tasted plain, no flavour at all. The mini vegetable spring rolls were flavourless and were actually soggy and felt wet inside.

ignored my special request and barely any sauce at all

For the second time in recent months, I was unable to eat the majority of my main meal due to developing a strange sensation across my head. I've experienced this occasionally before with Chinese food and assume it's a reaction to an ingredient being used, maybe MSG?

I have previously ordered and been charged too much i was never refunded by them and last nights order was incorrect

Order arrived in time. Not as nice as previous orders. Curry sauce was lumpy and congealed it went in the bin

One item delivered was not as ordered. Another item was inedible. Red Cap refused to accept this and therefor refused refund. This was my first order with them and will be my last.

It took over 1 hour to deliver The food was wrong but tested great
