Order from here all the time, tonight was possibly the worst meal I've had.... From anywhere..... Chicken curry tasted like flour and water, mixed with cinnamon, and the texture was just like gloop.... Ribs were the same, the sauce was like PVA glue, and the ribs were basically just fat, no meat on them, has definately put me off, and will think twice about order g from them again. Shame, as its been my go to Chinese for a long time, not sure if they've changed the chef or what, but was terrible.

Food was cold and spilled all out the bottom of the bag

Ordered at 5:05 arrived at 6:37 the dish was wrong and then had to wait another 40 minutes for the replacement to be sent out by then everything else was freezing

Firstly I feel slightly bad about the terrible rating as the food ( when we finally got it) was ok. I ordered on Christmas Eve at 530 pm for an 8 pm delivery. 8 pm came and went with no delivery. At 8:30 I started ringing the shop but the line was constantly engaged. We rung over 400+ times and it was just engaged the whole time. I emailed Scoffable who were really helpful but also couldnt get through. We also saw they had taken themselves offline At 9:30 I finally got through. They apologised and said they were overwhelmed but the delivery was on the way. When it arrived it was the entirely wrong order. It took another 3 calls to sort it out. Finally we had the almost correct order just after 10pm. Christmas Eve was always going to be busy. If you were so overwhelmed why did you accept all those orders?? Its ridiculous that with 2 and a half hours notice they couldnt get the order roughly on time or correct. The food was ok but the chicken fried rice was dry and the fried rice we asked for was boiled but I couldnt face phoning them again. Totally disappointed

Estimated delivery 1hr 50 mins. I phoned after 2 hours to be told at least another 40 mins. Asked if we could collect instead and was told yes it would be 15 mins, when arriving was informed it could be another 30 mins before it was ready. Thankfully it wasnt though. Also still charged the £2 delivery fee even although we collected

Not happy with them not geting all of my order after paying £25 on it 2curry sauce missing for what i got in a munchie box for £14.50 was a joke tried phoning them twice cant get any body to speak to so i emailed scoffable and Hayley got straight back to me and she tried to phone them to and the same as me phone blocked so im am going to the shop tomorrow im am not stopping there to many companies get away with this your allways missing somthing from your order not happy at all and not ordering from this company again .

Very bland and full of hot lettuce. Definitely wouldnt recommend or order again from here

not the usual qualiy or prep of food i am used to from this establishment fried rice full of lumps chips just sad and chicken in batter not to great either very unusual and out of zinc for this take away witch i use often sorry red cap but a let down .thank you.

Cant even get the order right

My order was wrong , after ordering around 9 oclock it came at 10 oclock last night , it was meant to be chicken chow Mein rice and curry sauce with chicken balls. I got chicken satay rice curry and chicken balls. My rice was also stuck together and my chicken was and the chicken satay was not what we ordered

Food missing tryed phoning ws just busy for ages so gave up wont be using place again

The whole order was freezing never again will I order from them and their customer service is shocking! I will never recommend this place ever! Disgusting to get your food freezing on arrival

Waited over 2 hours for meal!!

The entire meal was inedible, and if was eaten we would have been really ill. The chicken wasnt cooked right, raw bits, beef was old and chewy and re heated. The sauce for the chicken dish was, not what it was supposed to be, the rice was cold and the noodles were re heated and dry and greasy at the same time. I called to complain and ask for a full refund, she said she would call you guys and issue it. If not a complete waste of nearly 28 pounds. It was a joke. I was so disappointed as we had used red cap for 6 yrs... no more... if that was eaten it could have killed us, including my 6 yr old.

Unfortunately the lid on the curry sauce looked as tho it had been smashed and half the curry sauce was in the bag and over the rest of the food. Was also 35 minutes later than time given but understandable with it being a Sunday. Sorry for the negative rating but having to wipe curry sauce off everything really spoiled the meal for me

We ordered fried rice but it wasnt fried the chicken in the curry wasnt very nice.and the spicy chips werent great. Normally very happy with redcapp but not sure if they have changed management but was not up to usual standard.was barley warm most of it wasnt eaten.sorry but wanted to b honest ☹

Over sweet sauce on chicken and bland squid.

Wrong food sent no answer on the call I get that it was a Saturday night but I phoned easily 100 times with no answer or engaged time after time. Scoffable failed to respond and if I wasnt isolating Id have taken the food back to them myself

I had ordered mixed meat satay they sent a veg satay with no taste so bland

There was no chips with the curry and the munchie box was not that good. It was not even shared chicken that was in the munchie box.

Delivery took ages. And food wasn't hot. Beef chow mein and special chow mein very dry
