Food was ok, but delivery was terrible. I stay 2miles from red cap yet it took over 2 1/4 hours to get to me. Even on a busy night that is unacceptable. Will not be using them again

Food took 2hours 40 minutes to arrive

Ordered two egg friend rice , chips and curry sauce snack boxes with curry sauce but came with next to no curry. Ruined my full meal everything was dry. There mustve been about a spoon full of curry sauce in the full thing!

Getting orders wrong is something I believe shouldnt happen. Really annoying my wife was able to eat her dinner before I had the chance to even start mine due to the wrong order being sent

Food was cold

Waited over two and a half hours for a delivery. Ridiculous. Understand places are busy but you shouldn't accept orders if that's the experience you're serving up. Very poor.

3 hours to deliver

i have been waiting 3hours and still no food

Ordered at 6 oclock was told delivery estimate was 7 pm phoned at 7.20 to be told it would be another hour Nobody phoned to tell me about this order came 8.20 no fried rice missing phoned back new order delivered 8.45 not the delivery driver fault he was apologetic about it blame takeaway bad management if you cant organise deliveries placed 1 hour in advance regardless if you were very busy wont use that takeaway again

Waited over 3 hours for our food to be delivered, when I called the restaurant, they werent very helpful and when it arrived the driver wasnt very polite

The main dish of char Sui although lovely was only 2/3 full and the gave me salt and pepper chicken wings rather than normal chicken as I ordered. Will be trying somewhere different next time

Your staff have attitude problems don't even print your order off then tell you they can guarantee your order is going be ready when it's not why tell you it will be ready when it ain't won't be back again

Two hours for delivery then disappointing tough as boots chips.

Waited 2hours 15min for a delivery, i called just before 2hour time to ask if my order had left they laughed and says its on route right now then my husband then called 20mins later to be told it was just about to leaving take away! When i called they didnt have 2 lie they could have just stated they have been busy nd they were waiting for a driver !!

Could be better on there drivley and not wait up to 1 hour to get your food.
