The delivery was cold when i received it.

The salt n pepper munchy box wasnt spicy enough as in salt n pepper, need to be cooked in it better. Disappointed

Placed an order at 4:45 asked for it to be delivered at 5:40 and three hours after the delivery time we still hadnt received food were told the order was out then told they misplaced our order usually order from here but after that I dont think I will be again

Arrived an hour and a half late!!

I have ordered from here a few times and usually all ok. Had chicken chow mein last night and have had an upset stomach since. Can't move from house as feeling so sick. Not happy at all

Chicken in both dishes was tough and tasted old and not nice.

I ordered peking ribs, wings and shredded beef, but when it arrived all of them were spicy (without warning of this in their menu) and they missed our free bottle of coke off the delivery. I called to inform them of this and they agreed to resend the ribs and shredded beef a lot milder (my husband ate the wings as he is ok with spice and I was happy with that) however had to wait almost another 50 minutes to receive the replacements and our juice only to find out they had sent wings and not ribs, on top of that the shredded beef was even spicier that the last lot which means I missed out on pretty much the entirety of my meal. There was no point phoning back again to have them make it again (waiting another 50+ minutes and worrying about what is gonna happen to the 2nd replacement) and no point crediting the 2 servings to my account for my next order because I cant imagine myself ordering for Red Cap every again. I have never in my life heard of a spicy peking sauce, let alone making a the dish spicy at all when someone has complained its far too spicy after their first delivery

meal was late had family visitors waiting on food and when it did arrive quality was not of usual standard ethier it was ordered at 4-35pm and did not arrive until 6-10pm need to think about further business with this sellar.thank you.

Waited early hr and a half chips soggy chicken all batter soggy.. Lots of goods meals over the years but very disappointed by the last 2

Wasnt the usual salt and pepper munchie box something was different! Must of been busy as they forgot part of my order! But will be back just put it down to a bad day

The time it took to get to mines was realli bad. 1 hour and 30. Should be quicker then that. Should not take 1 hour and 30 mins.

Took almost two hours for delivery and the curry sauce was overly watery and horrible
