I get times are hard however a two hour wait for dinner was extreme. By the time it arrived I didn't want it anymore and ended up wasting it.

Shop didnt read the special instructions part when i asked for onions in my curry. Chips were raw so had to get binned usually i get a great service from this shop over the last 7 years but thats twice in 6 months i binned half of my dinner wont be going back.

Tonight the red cap did better than usual. I fancied something not on the menu - crispy shredded beef in black bean sauce - and they went out their way to make it. It was lovely!
