Wrong chicken again and wrong juice. If theres no spicy chicken I would like to be informed so I can choose something else

First time I've had something bad out of here. The chips were reheats. hamburger was well overdone. so was the battered sausage that bad they were nearly burnt. . curry sauce was very lumpy and tasteless. don't know if they had a different chef. it was rank rotting.

waitied over 2 hours for 2 smash burgers and when it arrived it was cold as well, probably wont be back

waited 2 hours for delivery. the fish supper was nice. the curry sauce was horrible. tasted very fruity. went in the bin.

i ordered a delivery of single fish kebab meat and chips and chips and cheese. When I received my order the fish was like a brick and the kebab meat and chips were dry. I had no choice to put it in the bin so I complained and the takeaway refused a refund and said it was because it was unavailable for collection. I have a lot of saved messages from this takeaway telling mit to bother ordering from them again and go elsewhere the customer service is disgraceful and I wouldn't recommend it

Waited just over 1hr and 25 mins for a delivery. When it arrived the bottoms of the munchie box was really cold, everything was freezing. Put in the oven to try and heat it up but still never helped. Definitely will not be purchasing again!

The quality of the bacon on the burger was pretty rubbish to be honest. Also the packaging of the food holds in water and makes the food soggy. Could do whether with delivery time as I waited 1 hour 30 for my food.

This was one of the best takeaways. No idea what has happened but the pizza I got was burnt and could only taste basil. Asked for diet Irn bru and got cola !! Can't get through on the phone!! Poor service on how much you pay.

Wrong toppings on pizza normal chicken instead of spicy, delivery driver used ring doorbell that doesnt work then moaned at me me when I answered and hat stinking attitude. If he had chapped the door I would have heard him.Loyal customer not returning

The order for almost £60 was estimated at 90 min delivery time when ordered at 7.45pm. It arrived 3 hours later at 10.45pm. No compensation or apology was received despite contacting Scoffable and Rubbals directly.

Munchy box seems to get less and less in it, can't change the pittas to nan unlike other sites...

Food is not roasting when it got delivered, the highlander burger 🍔 had no taste again not warm asked for cheese on chips hardly anything there . This used to be so good but will not be back here
