Arrived late. Was only luke warm and despite paying extra for cheese on the chips didnt get any.

Burgers were great but the kebab meat on the donar and the hogie was not great, would not order a kebab again, but willing to try other dishes

Food was cold had to heat this up really disappointed

Food was all over the place got given the wrong juice for my daughter I had asked for a fruit shoot I got a can of fizzy juice when that wasnt part of the kids meal also the kebab meat was cold and the chips were like rubber

Worst munchie box we've ever had, was awful, will never get again, totally put off

Waited an hour and 40 minutes then my wrap was missing and had to wait another hour and 15 minutes for them to bring one

Didnt come with juice or sauce which paid for ,they did return it tho but my pizza was cold and i was really looking forward as been told rubbals is good not on this experience

Normally love rubbals grill box but tonight it wasn't nice at all. The kebab meat tasted different from normal and was really greasy, this then made the chips and wedges and rest of the grill box soggy and greasy when they are usually crispy and lovely. Sadly majority went in the bin. On the plus side it was speedy delivery, normally they take over an hour when ordering direct from their website.

Ordered at 9.15pm last night Order was confirmed and to be delivered around 10.15pmDidnt even bother showing up or letting me know they had cancelled! Wont be ordering from here again have had to go through Scoffable to get a refund

Need to get the kitchen in line!!! Orders are hit or miss and sunday nights seem to be the worst! Everything was over-cooked, requested extras were not there even though paid for. Chicken nuggets, should have a nice crunchy batter and edible chicken, not be able to put through a window! Pakora should be properly seasoned, not taste like half cooked batter. And im not even gonna start on the burgers!!! On a 1-10, sunday was in the negatives. The dog even turned his nose up at it!

First time trying, got the Bathgate munchy box and it was freezing cold. I understand its a huge box so maybe doesnt fit in a bag to keep it warm but dont sell something that size if you cant keep it warm as we wont be back now.

Food was 25 mins after expected delivery time . When it arrived it was cold . It was also really dry / overcooked . Very disappointing.

We order from here quite a lot and usually satisfied but last night we ordered a grill box and it is advertised and coming with a cheesy garlic Nan, one of the main reasons we ordered it, but were disappointed to see two pitta breads in its place. Our drink choices were also wrong. Might not seem like too big of a deal but it frustrating when you are paying money for a product and its not as advertised.

Ordered burger meal, never got lettuce or mayo on it, never got can of juice with it either.Kebabs should be on pitta bread or naan bread, dont know what bread it is they are using the now but its not the same
