Waited well over 1 1/2 hrs then half of it was missing. Was rectified but food was cold.

Much is box was Luke warm wasnt even hot

Vegetable pakora was just onions... highland burger was as dry as a badgers butt... supposed to have pepper sauce on it... it did but it was a teaspoon that i coukdnt even taste... went in the bin

Chicken on burger was tuff

Really disappointed, usually this is my favourite place but the burger tonight was very pink throughout and chips where a little burnt, onion rings where a big bit burnt !

We had a rubbals recently which was great but they forgot a can of juice but we didnt want to fuss over it mistakes happen but we got a delivery tonight we were very disappointed with our food and yet again forgot a can of juice . Will probably not be ordering again.

Paid for extras, never got them, when i got intouch with them, I was told theres nothing we can do about it. Wont be back again as this isnt the first time iv had a problem with one of their deliveries.

Arrived late. Was only luke warm and despite paying extra for cheese on the chips didnt get any.

Burgers were great but the kebab meat on the donar and the hogie was not great, would not order a kebab again, but willing to try other dishes

Food was all over the place got given the wrong juice for my daughter I had asked for a fruit shoot I got a can of fizzy juice when that wasnt part of the kids meal also the kebab meat was cold and the chips were like rubber

Worst munchie box we've ever had, was awful, will never get again, totally put off

Waited an hour and 40 minutes then my wrap was missing and had to wait another hour and 15 minutes for them to bring one

Didnt come with juice or sauce which paid for ,they did return it tho but my pizza was cold and i was really looking forward as been told rubbals is good not on this experience

Normally love rubbals grill box but tonight it wasn't nice at all. The kebab meat tasted different from normal and was really greasy, this then made the chips and wedges and rest of the grill box soggy and greasy when they are usually crispy and lovely. Sadly majority went in the bin. On the plus side it was speedy delivery, normally they take over an hour when ordering direct from their website.
