Pizzas were delicious, although they forgot to put pineapple on mine when I asked for it but it didn't detract from the flavour. Delivery was quick too

Thats twice I have asked for dips, been charged and they never came. Also wife asked for chilli sauce with her wrap, and again no sauce

I have never had any issues with any previous orders and have always been very happy with what I have received, however when I order a Calzone and receive a well-done pizza instead they are not doing themselves any favours. I appreciate that it was a Saturday night and no doubt they will have been busy, but I would prefer not to be left disappointed with my order.

Garlic bread with cheese was tasteless. Create you own pizza which for the topping was chicken cheese and sweetcorn there was not much topping on them. And was also rather tasteless. I asked for bbq base which i did get though. First time i had to give rubbals a bad review.

Although food arrived promptly and was hot, we were sent the wrong toppings on pizza and when called were told thats just how the toppings are and to enjoy our meal. The pizza was bland and the chips were very over cooked. Kids meal wasnt much better. Really dissatisfied as food is normally very good.
