Burnt, and hardly any donner meat ( calzone)

i waited two hours for a munchie box for it to come cold and for it not to be worth what I payed and for them not to do anything is shocking For a first time customer some way to make me not come back.I highly recommend if you want cold food this is the place to go.

Delivery was confirmed as 1 hour. After 1.5 hours we called and were advised the food was enroute. 15 mins later it arrived and was stone cold. Never again, hungry family ended up with toast!

Food delivered looked good but unfortunately on this occasion was not warm

Food is normally great from here, but tonight was very disappointing. Pizzas were cold and the chips were disgusting and we had to bin them. Definitely not the normal from this takeaway.

The calzone filling was good but the bread wasnt cooked through it was edible

Ordered a pizza was told delivery would be an hour , 2 and a half hours later and umpteen calls to rubbals engaged every single time in end contacted scoffable they could not get thru either so just had to cancel at door

A wait of 1 hour 30 minutes for two look warm burgers that were missing onions ect ...fries missing cheese . Not good enough for 28 quid ! Normally never have any issues here however tonight the standards dropped.

9" cheese and tomato pizza was only half cooked...!! Eat 1 slice before a noticed so wont order again if you cant make a 9" pizza

It's either a hit or a miss with them chips was cold pizza not what we asked for more crust than toppings piri mayo runny more like liquid not good at all. Chicken was dry.

Ordered a Calzone pizza and when delivered the pizza was burnt so badly I was unable to eat it.

Payed for cheese on chips gave anoth cheese to feed a mouse nan bread was nearly raw not worth the money

Pizza dough too thick with no topping of tomato base at edging, just like eating a lump of plain bread and pakora sauce was sour.

Food was cold. No Lamb in mixed kebab 😩

Food was horrendous. Was.stone cold freezing and was as if it had lay overnight. Was stale tasting brick hard and genuinely didnt taste nice at all. Could have used the doner meat as a frisby.

The burger was tasteless and not a proper burger more like something out a snack van, the pakora never came with chilli sauce and the peri peri chips were tasteles.

Food was barely warm , chicken was red in the middle , donner meat was like cardboard had to bin most of it absolutely horrible , its a shame with the rest of the good reviews should have ordered something else

Took two hours to arrive and it was cold when it did. And the chicken in the Kebab was raw

Over 1hr25 for delivery of a pizza. Item arrived stone cold
