Not vary good this time

Did not get what I ordered chicken and got sent galic and herb chicken and didn't like it

Missed a part of my order, no excuse or apology

I was told it would be 1 hour it was 2 hours and 10 mins it was bread and wipes for my child if it was going to be that long i wouldn't have otlrdered it happens every time i order fom here 3 times a week because im disabled and its the same every time

I have NOT received my order which i ordered at half past 2 this afternoon

The order arrived around 90 minutes late.

I can't fault the staff or even the delivery driver. But the service is a Shambles! The app said Scotmid dedridge. But all orders are taken from Scotmid west Calder! Taking to many orders & not being able to cope. Order 2 hours late!! Not to management. Hire more drivers or decline orders!!

Did not have the rolls that I ordered

Foot hasnt arrived

Ordered was promised an hour after 17:25..... Received it eventually well after 7

No kne called tk say about swappin item's and i havent veen told about a refund

Missing food very disappointing

Because I have not received my order

Unfortunately I have had 2 orders from here and both times items have been forgotten

Did not get all that i ordered

Was given wrong thing and took forever to come

Recieved my order and was a can of k cider missing. Scoffable contacted them and they said they had contacted me about this, which is untrue. I don't mind the missing can but saying they contacted me, which didn't happen isn't very professional.

Almost 3hrs for delivery.Have never used this service before for this but had no choice today. Wont be doing it again.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Scotmid Fauldhouse's delivery service was disappointing. The delivery arrived over an hour late, which was frustrating as there was no communication about the delay. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered was missing, adding to the inconvenience.

Ordered at three didnt arrive till six all my items were correct but no excuse or exceptions

I placed an order with Scotmid at Fauldhouse at 425 its now 1950 and still waiting on delivery absolutely ridiculous

Placed an order 12:47 still waiting at 4pm called and was told cant even have a guesstimate time for delivery.

Waited over 3 hours for delivery and no one would answer the phone
