not happy with the date on rolls out off date tomorrow

Didmt get demilery till almost 2 hours later..chixken was hot whe.n i got it

I never got 4 apple turnovers overs and two strawberry milkshakes like I ordered

Did not get what I ordered not happy with this and driver not very pleased to me

I never got a replacement of something else or a refund in what we bought it was a bad experience

Unfortunately had to wait 2 half hours and many phone calls due to Uber driver cancelling the delivery, manager was brilliant fighting to get our delivery out

The frozen chips didnt come with the order

Waited 2 hours only to get an email saying delivery cancelled then had to phone to get my order resent then waited and hour and a half to receive my delivery...not happy

Order didnt arrive. I paid by card. Heard nothing until i called after 2 hours of waiting to be told to call back in ten minutes so they could check with the delivery driver. Called back, several times, and no answer! Not professional at all. Its ok though im heading to the shop right now to speak with management. Do not order online from co-operative!

Was missing cigarettes, I know have to do without very annoyed, not the first time something has been missing or got something different from what I originally ordered 😡 Im not one for complaining but this is happening a lot lately when I have ordered

Was meant to get free delivery when you spend over £40 i spent over 40 and paid delivery..Not happy

Missed a part of my order, no excuse or apology

I was told it would be 1 hour it was 2 hours and 10 mins it was bread and wipes for my child if it was going to be that long i wouldn't have otlrdered it happens every time i order fom here 3 times a week because im disabled and its the same every time

I have NOT received my order which i ordered at half past 2 this afternoon

The order arrived around 90 minutes late.

I can't fault the staff or even the delivery driver. But the service is a Shambles! The app said Scotmid dedridge. But all orders are taken from Scotmid west Calder! Taking to many orders & not being able to cope. Order 2 hours late!! Not to management. Hire more drivers or decline orders!!
