Was a grocery delivery Arrived 15 mins early with NO message to say Had ordered fresh SJ Collins chicken in a mustard sauce Was packed on side n some of sauce leaked all over bag n contents Also , ordered warburton loaf but co op loaf was supplied without any phone call Not sure i use this shop again Very dissatisfied!!! Did try to contact store - rang out

Not once or twice mulitiple occasion missing iteams.Sent things i didnt order because you did not have what i ordered.Been promise a refund on the items and i have never recieved it once.Phone the store but never get anywere with them exept a false refund.£3:50 delivery thats never right.No one to make a complaint either.Disgrace.

My last delivery on Friday was short on items which you already know about but still you have not refunded me the money you owe me why? You got my money with in seconds so why can't you refund me the cash the same way 🤔?
