I havent received my order

Over took too long to come

Going on four hours now and still not delivered. Told out with the van and scoffable only lets them select two hours for delivery. Not worth your time and certainly don't order if you need anything. Please also note this Is not a delivery from your local coop as advertised it's all diverted to broxburn. No apology, no timeframe. Wouldn't recommend

Absolutely rubbish, and pretty rude when I tried to locate my order which was placed at 3:30, only to get it 7:00

Took over 2 hours to deliver from Uphall to Broxburn

I originally ordered from Ratho, was not aware the order was reassigned.Delivery took longer than expected, but driver was pleasant and order correct.Biggest annoyance is the Scoffable app which prefills the WRONG address, having guessed it off GPS, and I often forget to correct it. The address should be saved on the Scoffable server, basic CRM. The Just Eat app remembers muktiole addresses and you can pick them.

Still not got my delivery been 3 hours now very disappointed

Ordered 3 hrs ago and still waiting when it said with in 2 hrs

Delivery late, over 3 hours. 1 item wrong in the delivery. Delivered a 1.75 L bottle of Coke instead of a 1.25L of Diet Coke. Will think twice before using Scotmid again.

2 1/2 hours for delivery.First and last time.

No skips delivered but walkers prawn cocktail delivered instead

Delivery was 45 minutes late the order was not complete.

over TWO HOURS to deliver. Unable to contact vendor, Scoffable online help absolutely useless.I use Scoffable a lot. Takeaways are fine as you can contact the companies directly if there is an issue. But huge chains like co-op its impossible for them or us to talk directly. Such a shame!! Very disappointing experience all round!!Stick to Take aways at least until they have the infrastructure in place!!Gutted
