yet again staff are not paying attention to quantities ordered and my order was short of a carton of milk and pkt of rolls, also sending crisps that went out of date on 9/5/26 , as a society member I expect better than these standards, and if you are going to offer a delivery service at least have competent staff picking and packing, maybe an idea of using a highlighter on order slips so easier to read when picking order round the store.

I should have been contacted regarding my order, I'm still waiting on a refund from previous order!! now I have to wait again, shocking service from scoffable and the store!!!

Awful, most items I ordered for dinner were missing, cant get out the house to replace these items. defeats the purpose of using the service , I now have no dinner and down a few ££££

Items missing 2 days in a row. They just refund if you phone about it, not great if you have no money left to go and buy missing items

Over promising and not delivering in terms of delivery times. Changed delivery times on a number of occasions.

Yet again forgetting to put items in the bag, then promising to send them out, driver then puts Ng items through letterbox in different street, then promising to send out again but then, phoning to say they can't send out as van was taken away from repair, deeply disappointed as a scotmid cooperative member that mistakes like this happen on a weekly occurrence, even more concerning that the store manager is unaware of other issues. Either have dedicated competent staff dealing with deliveries or don't offer delivery at all.

Ive now had two very poor experiences with Scotmid delivery, and unfortunately theres a clear pattern of issues.On both occasions, one order wasn't delivered and yet it was marked as delivered the other my delivery was someone else's I have CCTV covering my property and a Ring doorbell, and I can prove that no delivery attempt was ever made.Whats more disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication afterwards. Responses were slow, vague, and focused on investigating rather than offering an immediate refund or resolution. As a customer, thats simply not acceptable especially when evidence is available.Mistakes can happen once, but twice shows a breakdown in service and delivery reliability. Ive lost confidence in ordering from Scotmid again unless there are serious improvements in delivery handling and customer support.I expect better

I didnt get the prawn linguine it was 2 hours from the original delivery time the prawn dish was 11:75 I want a refund for this totally unacceptable

Disappointed with today's delivery ordered 2 Margherita pizzas as part of the meal deal and was sent 2 pepperoni instead , no contact whatsoever regarding subscriptions, items were showing as in stock on delivery platform, poor management of stock control and customer service, had vegetarian friends round for dinner now can't feed them.

Tonight my order was delivered and an item I picked was different to what I asked for and clicked on the menu. Seems the same issue is occurring over and over again hopefully this doesnt happen again

Delivery was on time, but left at doorstep. Also part of the order was a 330ml can of Diet Coke, instead I received a smaller can of diet Coke. Would appreciate the cash difference being given to me.
