Yet again forgetting to put items in the bag, then promising to send them out, driver then puts Ng items through letterbox in different street, then promising to send out again but then, phoning to say they can't send out as van was taken away from repair, deeply disappointed as a scotmid cooperative member that mistakes like this happen on a weekly occurrence, even more concerning that the store manager is unaware of other issues. Either have dedicated competent staff dealing with deliveries or don't offer delivery at all.

Ive now had two very poor experiences with Scotmid delivery, and unfortunately theres a clear pattern of issues.On both occasions, one order wasn't delivered and yet it was marked as delivered the other my delivery was someone else's I have CCTV covering my property and a Ring doorbell, and I can prove that no delivery attempt was ever made.Whats more disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication afterwards. Responses were slow, vague, and focused on investigating rather than offering an immediate refund or resolution. As a customer, thats simply not acceptable especially when evidence is available.Mistakes can happen once, but twice shows a breakdown in service and delivery reliability. Ive lost confidence in ordering from Scotmid again unless there are serious improvements in delivery handling and customer support.I expect better
