My toastie was more like warm bread and extreme soggy. I ordered a panini that came cold and brick hard. Everything very inedible and total waste of money.

placed my order at 12:13 I was quoted 50 minutes for the order, however the order did not arrive until 14:40.regardless how busy you are do not quote a delivery time if you cannot meet business demands.avoid at all costs.

It came quickly but order was wrong. Items misssing from order and the fried onion.....was crunchy and not fried for more than a second .....seemed blanched. Disappointing as had rolls previously.

Normally amazing and our go to but recently went down hill not sure if its been took over but the cooking isnt the same this is a few times where Ive had to bin my food i ask for it to be cooked a certain way do to personal taste and it being the only way I can eat it yet been have it different from how I asked. Also got the same from here today and there is the worse taste to it. Yet another meal went to waste. Gutted I had this place on a pedestal couldnt speak highly enough of it now my opinion has totally changed. Thought maybe it was a one off but its been a good few times now lost us as customers now

Breakfast was good but the chips cheese and curry where horrible the chips where half cooked ended up binning them, toastie was horrible burnt and soggy, wont be ordering again

Had to message to see where my order was as the van closed at half 2 and the deliveries stop at quarter last 2, we placed our order at quarter past 1 and was told it would be there within half an hour, normally waiting an hour wouldnt have bothered me but it closes at half 2. Order turned up at quarter past 2 which like i said an hour didn't bother me but the food was cold and soggy. Like it had been sitting waiting for ages to get delivered but just forgotten about.
