Order was 30 minutes late. The chips were stale and the crispy shredded beef was tough and also seemed stale. Disappointing because my previous order was really nice.

Fiid was very good but only lukewarm by the time it arrived. Whether this is due to too many deliveries with too few drivers or inadequate packaging to keep heat in but it needs looking at for future deliveries.
