Really sorry to write this after using them regularly since i found them after moving here 4 years ago. Ordered at 17.52, expected 50mins, delivered after 2 extra phone calls and twice promised it was the next order, at 20.25. It either should not be accepted by scoffable/sky kitchen if they are that busy or adjust the time to suit. Surprisingly the 2 salt and pepper dishes were also burnt and dried that much there was no insides to chips or chicken??!! Very dissapointed and will definitely have to have a rethink over my favourite local takeaway. ? The driver apologised which was nice but its not his fault.

Poor delivery tonight over 2 and a half hours for my delivery

2 and half hours for delivery to arrive , we called 5 times and was given different untrue times for delivery./ we ordered at 5.20 arrived 8.05 Shocking delivery experience and with no apology at any times . Only 1 driver on tonight ..The lady on the phone was shouting on the phone to my daughter and food arrived lukewarm .we had to reheat everything Will not be back,this was a new year familyMeal together Barry wardrop £49.00 spent on a very bad experience and lukewarm food

Just wanted to say my last delivery from above was barely edible! Overcooked mushy chow mein, spare ribs were like eating bark! honestly this place has fell off a cliff since the change of ownership!

Over 90 mins for chips and chicken fried rice. Called numerous times told it's out for delivery, was out for delivery for 35 mins and food arrived luke warm. The takeaway is 5 mins away. Restaurant didn't seem to care when I called, I did however feel sorry for the person on the phone though as it sounded like driver issues and just kept saying sorry there is nothing I can do.

Food was late by over 30mins box was side ways when delivered food was all over the bag box was soggy and food was cold

Ive still not had my food delivered, its been over 3 hours since I ordered despite them saying an hour ago it was in the kitchen and I would have it by now!

Wrong ingredients stated online ending up with me ordering something I probably wouldnt have. Takeaway is 5 minutes away but wouldnt allow me to collect. The box was soaking in grease and a pot of sauce had started to solidify. I ended up leaving 90% of the food. A complete waste of money

Both me and my daughter were sick after our takeaway im disappointed as we always eat here but it ruined the rest of our weekend as we felt terrible.

Very salty and starters were overcooked

Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was nice. Fried rice was stodgy as if it had been reheated

Chicken was tough didnt enjoy it at all

Put my order through at 6.15pm for a delivery at 7.30pm thought that was plenty time, order delivered at 8.05pm

Overall not great, but massively disappointed that ordered vegetable spring rolls that turned up with meat in them!!! Obviously the point of realisation was too late, whole dinner ruined.

Order was 30 minutes late. The chips were stale and the crispy shredded beef was tough and also seemed stale. Disappointing because my previous order was really nice.

I never got my juice I paid for???

Food is usually great but tonight the lemon chicken was very hard and dry and the lemon sauce didnt taste nice

Late delivery. And Crispy chicken came soggy with tub full in gravy. They replaced the order with the right food but I ordered food at 6:20, wrong food came already late then replaced food came around 8:30.
