Delivery nearly 2 hours, dont know how long since it was cooked.shocking service. if you are busy give a realistic delivery time so people can order elsewhere if del time not acceptable. customer of this chinese for nearly 30 years and until tonite has been good but I wont trust it now.

Food ok, delivery was shocking, ordered 6.17 and finally arrived after 2 phone calls later at 9.10. Never use again.

I ordered my food at 18:04 and got a delivery time of 18:44. The food was eventually delivered at 20:40 nearly 2hrs later than stated. I do have to say the food was as good as normal from this place but waiting for 2hrs is unacceptable.

Arrived an hour early, delivery guy phoned swearing down the phone to say he was banging on the door and no1 was answering. No one was home? Said it wasnt required till 630, no sorry just that the food will go to F* waste. Told him to leave it around back. Most of it went in the bin. Cos it couldnt be repeated. Lost a repeated customer, never again will I order from them again. Food was horrible and terrible experience.

Lovely food but delivery times are really bad. I ordered last night and it took 2 hours to be delivered.

Very late from time it was supposed to arrive. Chips and salt and pepper chicken were soggy from the polystyrene container. Definitely disappointing not anywhere as fresh and good as it used to be

Delivery well over an hour later than requested. Sub standard apology offered. Not sure well use takeaway or app again for a while, if ever again.

Waited over an hour food was cold and had a hard object in the chicken that damaged my tooth

Horrible food, very sweet kung pau chicken, chicken bot fresh, all veggies used were not fresh either.. chicken balls does not look anything near to what it is supposed to be, we had to dump 3 out of 4 dishes ordered.

The sausage supper with the sweet sauce was BURNT beyond belief! And still sent over to me.

Ordered at five. Didnt receive until half seven agyer three phone calls because was sent to wrong address.

2 hour wait and zero help when calling them.

Long delivery time, food was soggy

A simple order of a omelette and some salt and chilli chips, i can say one of the worst orders ive had. Ive had far better elsewhere, I will not be using this place again

Really sorry to write this after using them regularly since i found them after moving here 4 years ago. Ordered at 17.52, expected 50mins, delivered after 2 extra phone calls and twice promised it was the next order, at 20.25. It either should not be accepted by scoffable/sky kitchen if they are that busy or adjust the time to suit. Surprisingly the 2 salt and pepper dishes were also burnt and dried that much there was no insides to chips or chicken??!! Very dissapointed and will definitely have to have a rethink over my favourite local takeaway. ? The driver apologised which was nice but its not his fault.
