After placing my order at 6.30pm, and being given a 1 hour 10 min delivery time, i was still waiting at 8pm, i called the takeaway, to be told it was out for delivery. At 8.30pm i called back at 8.30pm to be told it out for delivery, the driver must have done the otger deliveries first. Still nothing at 9pm, to be told its with the driver ztill, i said well has your driver not been back, seems odd they are still delivering food an hour on, was told i would get fresh food. Within 5 mins my food was delivered, the driver told me they didnt have my food in their car for an hour. Anyway the chips and the spring rolls were absolutely freezing. But seen as i had clearly been lied to i didnt bother phoning back.

I had a chicken dish on Friday night and have violently sick ever since. Will never eat from here again..ruined our weekend

First time using this place , had heard some good things and some customers recommended it, might have been an off night but will never use again food was terrible, most went in the bin

The food was very strange. Sweet and dour pork in batter was unlike any sweet snd sour dush I have had before and was in fact cantonese pork cubed and placed in a rather bland uninteresting sauce. Onions were almost raw and hard. Booled rice was good.

Did not receive my egg fried rice?

Food is usually ok but ordered the pancake roll last night. It was dripping in oil and full of little green chili bits, which I found odd. No mention of it on menu. Couldnt eat it.

The pancake roll was extremely greasy! The crispy seaweed had an enormous amount of sugar, far too sweet to eat! Ive never used this restaurant before, and I wont use it again.

Food is usually decent but when you ask for no onions and end up having to pick out what seems like a whole onions worth its not great...

I have never seen beef like it and all so l have never seen so much red onion in the dishes good job my daughter wasnt hear as her meal would have gone in the bin as she is allergic to them l wont be back .

Put a order which never got delivered to my address

I waited over 3 hours for my order after 2 phone calls to the restaurant to be told they were extremely busy. Whilst the food was lovely when it eventually arrived, the delivery time was a joke. I won't be ordering again.

3 and a half hours and I've still not received my food. They said 50 minutes. Scoffable have asked for a review and it's not here yet

3 and a half hours later and still no food. I understand it can get busy but this length of time? Thats a joke.

Delivered earlier than requested when we were not home, then the exact same food arrived at the time we ordered, a whole 45 mins later. Not ideal.

Food took over an hour to arrive and it was cold. They also forgot some of the order and had to come back to my address to deliver it again.
