Donner wasnt fresh

Food was cold on arrival

Disappointed as normally enjoy orders from here but chips were not cooked enough and everything was freezing

I dont know if they have a different chef as my chicken kebab wasnt up to its usual standard.My Nan bread arrived over cooked and soggy ,it was filled with what i think was red cabbage and dressed with an over powering vinegar. I didnt send it back as i ordered late. Normally the food is good.

The food was stone cold. Really not impressed.

Never had a problem before but on this occasion Food wasnt the best and long wait for delivery as well

Placed an order this evening which took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive. When the food did arrive, it had gone all soggy and sweaty in the container. I called the shop to complain and was hung up on twice and the person on the phone was rude. Contacted scoffable for a refund who got in touch with management and I was told I would not get my money back as the food was made before leaving the shop and wasnt cold. Chips are meant to be crispy not soggy. AVOID!

Phoned at 1:30am and said it had just left, turned up at 3:20am while in bed. Would have better if they just had been honest and said they wouldnt be able to make it rather than do that.

Paid for a delivery took the money and didn't deliver tried calling and is constantly engaged not happy

Got food poisoning from eating from here

My rice was dry and my chips were soggy

Ordered a margarita pizza and it came and was most certainly not couldnt get through to the shop was un eatable

Asked for no salad, sauce and to not chap the door and they did the opposite.

Donner meat was a let down. No good at all looked like Schofields hair

Chicken chasni was like a moose thick and bubbly bottom of rice tub was covered in water. Ordered 2 x BBQ chicken kebabs never had spiced chicken like it before even when ordering a chicken tikka kebab was less spicy the pitta was soaked through was that soggy it fell apart chips were the only nice thing that came from the shop. Called to complain but the phone line was disconnected contacted scoffable who were very prompt at responding unlike the shop, they contacted the shop and the shop replied saying that the food met there requirements. Out of a good will gesture was offered a £9 refund. Wont be back and wouldnt recommend

Juice didnt come, phoned 6 times for it and they didnt bring it. Last time I phoned was 3 hours after and he said the driver said he delivered, it was a female driver and the guy on the phone said he will bring it just now.. half an hour and still waiting!

Ordered salad separate for both kebabs never got any salad German donner was rotten king kebab was poor and when I called them to complain they werent interested no apology or offer off any sort avoid this place

Donner pakora did not work , chicken kebab was dry ( I asked for seperate tub of sauce paid xtra 50p ) no sauce with order , wont be using them again .

Tried to charge me at the door even tho I had paid online watch them late on look to see if your have had a drink 🥃 then chance it 😨

Order didnt arrive. Was ordered at 23:14, phoned half an hour after the expected delivery time (01:36) and was told it should be with me soon its now 02:18 and still nothing. Havent ate a thing so Im delighted.
