Food wasnt bad as the options above say, it was perfectly edible but in my opinion it wasnt as expected or value for money. Calzone was poor and felt more like a half pizza stuffed with donor meat. Mixed kebab was average at best and came with only one tub of sauce. All in all not a bad review just not value for the money.

Usually fantastic service. Food was good but delivery was nearly 2 hours.

The food was ok, however, the value for money wasn't great at all. £14 for a box with a few bits of chicken. Disappointed.

I'd love to say the food was good but I ended up resorting to seeking whatever food I could get elsewhere after a 2 hour+ wait, with no food turning up from Spice Magic. My partner and I have ordered from this place a number of times but the past 5 orders have been a bit of a nightmare. From no shows, to pizza with the topping all slid off (on 2 occasions now). If you can get the food delivered, good luck. The food itself is good quality and really tasty but if they read this, please seek delivery drivers that can take time to read delivery details. I don't know what else a customer can do. What3words could be a good start, or alternatively smoke signals or maybe a beacon in the sky. It's Bathgate, not a maze of hard to find streets. Overall, good food but maybe worth collecting if you can.

Ordered the food at 5:30pm didnt get the food till about 7pm and it was cold by the time I had got it delivered to me wont be eating there again

Had to wait over 2 hours and no apology and the explanation offered was that it was busy. Wont use again.

Delivery service lousy and they shouldnt take orders if that busy. . Near 2.5 hours is just a joke. Foods nice but now I remember why I stopped ordering here.

I dont know if they have a different chef as my chicken kebab wasnt up to its usual standard.My Nan bread arrived over cooked and soggy ,it was filled with what i think was red cabbage and dressed with an over powering vinegar. I didnt send it back as i ordered late. Normally the food is good.

The food was stone cold. Really not impressed.

Placed an order this evening which took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive. When the food did arrive, it had gone all soggy and sweaty in the container. I called the shop to complain and was hung up on twice and the person on the phone was rude. Contacted scoffable for a refund who got in touch with management and I was told I would not get my money back as the food was made before leaving the shop and wasnt cold. Chips are meant to be crispy not soggy. AVOID!

Phoned at 1:30am and said it had just left, turned up at 3:20am while in bed. Would have better if they just had been honest and said they wouldnt be able to make it rather than do that.
