Food cold and chicken rubber

Ordered food at 21.30 was told it would take 1hr still waiting at 11 tried to call no answer so did not receive my food but was charged waiting to get my refund

We bought the curry meal and all three currys were bland and had no taste I could of make better myself , they have been watered down or lack of ingredients, a no we have a cost of living crisis but come on it was like dish water, the shop was contacted by scofible and they refused a refund saying it's all fresh , I didn't doubt the freshness they were tasteless , I should of read the reviews on this place before spending my money , I will most certainly not be back , as soon as they get your money that's it
