Fast delivery, food is stunning 😊😋

* For reference I stay around the corner from sunrise. I requested a full refund after what I can only say an a horrible experience, 4:30 pm ordered for delivery accepted for 40 mins ..60 mins later I called the shop to be told it's with the driver , 30 mins after (1.5hr) that I called again and asked where my food was to be told "I had given the wrong post code " and it was sent to the wrong address, this is incorrect information as my Scoffable account has my correct address and post code . Scoffable have been emailing myself and they confirmed to me that the counter staff admitted the mistake and said it was their fault she incorrectly inserted my information wrong (mistakes happen ) I get that however2 HOURS LATER!!. My food turned up and the driver who I believe is the owner DEMANDED I paid delivery charge again because the address was wrong , I politely told him this was not my mistake and was his counter staff mistake! I have a ring door bell camera to confirm this. When I got my food my orders was wrong and after waiting 2 hours it's just not acceptable I am honestly appalled with this situation and I will not be using sunrise again I can not fault Scoffable they have been excellent in communication with myself via email and refunded me 100% of my order However to the restaurant I would STRONGLY advise better staff training and customer service skills

Food was great only thing was that I was missing a sauce from my order, will definitely order again!

First time trying the food was really tasty n piping hot when it arrived n a good price. Will definitely get again 👍

They got my order wrong which is fine as they had no trouble fixing it until the delivery driver came to the door asking for £8.50 before he gave me what i already paid for in the first place

Chips were not fresh it was like they were reheated

First time ordering from here, the salt & pepper chow mein was very bland didnt look or taste freshly cooked
