Food was cold waited 2 and half hours

I wont be ordering from here again put an order in had to call them then I got told the couldnt find it u cant miss it never got a meal 9:15 I called them dont understand why they didnt call for directions terrible why to run a business

Food arrived 2 hours after ordered.Food was still warm but not hot, and still tasted ok.With a £6 delivery free this was a bad experience.

Delivery over 2hrs late wouldnt recommend wont be ordering again

Never received one of our meals , they delivered the sauce for it and when we telephone about it , was told they had delivered it and it had definitely been put in bag , so we paid for a meal we didn't get , staff not very helpful, won't be using this shop again

Food arrived 90 mins after ordered , 30 mins over estimate delivery time cold and when cots t Scoffable the takeaway refused to do anything about it

Asked for chicken wings got drumsticks.. they were huge and just not what we asked for, sweet & sour wasnt sweet just sour and tasted awful!

Was told food would arrive in 50 mins. After 1.5hrs I phoned to be told we are busy. We have not started cooking your order yet it will be another 50 mins. No apologies, and very rude chef came on to the phone to tell me the same again along with go away. Food arrived after 2.5hrs of waiting, some of which was stone cold and had to be microwaved. What we managed to eat has made us feel very unwell. Will not be back. Terrible service, terrible food.

* For reference I stay around the corner from sunrise. I requested a full refund after what I can only say an a horrible experience, 4:30 pm ordered for delivery accepted for 40 mins ..60 mins later I called the shop to be told it's with the driver , 30 mins after (1.5hr) that I called again and asked where my food was to be told "I had given the wrong post code " and it was sent to the wrong address, this is incorrect information as my Scoffable account has my correct address and post code . Scoffable have been emailing myself and they confirmed to me that the counter staff admitted the mistake and said it was their fault she incorrectly inserted my information wrong (mistakes happen ) I get that however2 HOURS LATER!!. My food turned up and the driver who I believe is the owner DEMANDED I paid delivery charge again because the address was wrong , I politely told him this was not my mistake and was his counter staff mistake! I have a ring door bell camera to confirm this. When I got my food my orders was wrong and after waiting 2 hours it's just not acceptable I am honestly appalled with this situation and I will not be using sunrise again I can not fault Scoffable they have been excellent in communication with myself via email and refunded me 100% of my order However to the restaurant I would STRONGLY advise better staff training and customer service skills

Food just did not taste nice in mine and my gf opinion

They got my order wrong which is fine as they had no trouble fixing it until the delivery driver came to the door asking for £8.50 before he gave me what i already paid for in the first place

Food didnt have much taste, did deliver quickly though

Chips were not fresh it was like they were reheated

First time ordering from here, the salt & pepper chow mein was very bland didnt look or taste freshly cooked

Waited 2.5hours for delivery to then receive the wrong order. Tried to call shop and couldnt get through.

Have had a meal from them where I collected it from them, it was great. Ordered a delivery from them and after waiting near2 hours i cancelled the order. I could have cooked it quicker. 😡
