Hair in ALL of my dishes

Missing items and insanely rude on the phone. They said the driver was too busy so I'd have to wait 50 mins for the missing stuff.I said I wanted a refund instead then and they said I'd have to go to the restaurant to pick up the refund myself. Eventually got them to agree to sending a driver over with the refund but gave up after waiting another 2 hours and had to contact Scoffable for a refund instead.

Hadnt ordered for a while as every order usually has to be sent back as wrong and once again was wrong, just tried to eat it best as we can this time as fed up sending it backWont be ordering again

We asked for no veg in noodles and the noodles was full of veg , the rice was like mush and the salt and chilli chips were soggy , we then asked for no onion in the curry and received more onion than chicken in the curry

Salt and pepper dishes no veg, always get them and they have peppers and onions but according to tonights chef you need to ask if you want veg in them. Unless its salt and pepper king prawn then it has the veg. Ordered the salt and pepper chips in batter but no batter just normal chips with none of the veg so flavourless and sane with salt and pepper chicken balls and salt and pepper mini spring rolls. Just under £50 wasted on a flavourless meal and chef taking no responsibility and adamant salt and pepper dishes dont come with the peppers or onions even though we have used them for a long time and always had this in our salt and pepper dishes as its always salt and pepper we get. Lady on the phone was pleasant enough and did apologise. Sadly put us off and we wont use again as salt and pepper is our go to dishes.

food arrived cold and refused to give a refund. really disappointed as i am a regular customer, wont be in a rush to come back

Sick all night

Twice now we have had a chicken chow mein, having never had an issue, it has become unbearably salty, so much soy sauce that it has become inedible. Been so good in the past, major let down. Usually don't give second chances, but due to history with great food we will now need to find a better option.

food was 30 mins late, cold & chips werent cooked properly.

Regular customers here & tonight our meal was awful. Had 2 portions of Chicken and Mushroom and it tasted like someone had put a full ladle of salt in the dish. Not edible at all. Chucked in the bin. Disappointed tonight as weve had no problems before with this dish.

Tasteless veg chow mein, overcooked salt and chillie chips, banana fritter is like mash :(

Wrong stuff showed up

Its usually good but tonight it wasnt. The salt and pepper chicken had no flavouring on it. Was just chicken. The chicken balls also tasted like they had been sitting a while.

Didn't receive my order, hopefully Scoffable fix the issue for me as that's no way to run a shop? Why take an order then not deliver to the person? Seen a few people complain about this tbh

Never delivered my juice which I paid for.and its not the first time.done it before.

Ordered 4 cans of juice nd never got them

The lemon chicken was rock solid, the sweet and sour sauce was like water. Was very disappointed as its normally amazing

Food was cold waited 2 and half hours

I wont be ordering from here again put an order in had to call them then I got told the couldnt find it u cant miss it never got a meal 9:15 I called them dont understand why they didnt call for directions terrible why to run a business

Food arrived 2 hours after ordered.Food was still warm but not hot, and still tasted ok.With a £6 delivery free this was a bad experience.

Delivery over 2hrs late wouldnt recommend wont be ordering again
